“They were able to fix the prongs on my fiance's ring and replaced the side diamonds. It took a little longer because of the amount of work that needed to be done but it was well worth the wait. They take pride in their work and will return your ring better than when they received it. Highly recommend”

“I had such a great experience with the staff at Craftland on a recent visit. I was visiting Providence from out of town and stopped in to the shop, which has so many unique and interesting hand made items. I purchased a gorgeous bracelet and wore it right out of the shop. Unfortunately my bracelet broke the next morning. I went back to the store and spoke with Heather, who had made the bracelet herself. She said she could fix it and mail it back to me in Virginia since I was leaving town that day. She communicated with me throughout the whole process and let me know when the bracelet was in the mail and on its way back to me. You just don't get customer service like this at many businesses these days. I will absolutely be visiting this store again if I ever get the chance to visit Providence again.”

I absolutely loved their selection of fluffy Russian style hats but talked myself out of buying one last year as I thought they were quite pricey at $46 for faux fur. I regretted it and went back this year to snag one of their hats. So cool and in an assortment of colors. I wore the hat on our recent vacation in the mountains of Colorado and can definitely attest to the hat's great warmth. This store is pricey but has a cool selection- might be a great place to splurge on a unique gift.”

“Fastest piercing I’ve ever had, Meg was gentle and precise! Will definitely return and/or suggest this place to friends. I loved how clean everything was and that they were so friendly. When I go back, I would ask if it’s possible to be pierced with gold and not silver. Didn’t feel confused by the price- I think I could have gone even more basic with the jewelry but I’m very happy with this, it was a bday present after all. For helix + gem it came to like $105, then my brother actually got his nose piercing switched real quick and got a ring so that was $25. Thank you!!!! 💕”
