“Ordered two bottles of wine through Uber Eats. Upon ordering it showed a 30-40 minute delivery time. While waiting for the order, they added another 30 minutes to the delivery time. I called the store (per Uber instructions) and explained that I would not be available after a certain time. The store explained that my items would not be delivered by the time provided because they had not even started working on my order due to being “so busy.” She advised that I cancel my order. I did and Uber charged me for the items anyway because the store listed that they had already prepared my order before I canceled it. Dishonest business practices equals poor customer service.

I've come in twice just to grab soda. The cashier was extremely friendly advising me I'm allowed to enter the store when I was worried I wouldn't be allowed.
Of course I can't attest to any of the age restricted items but the staff were extremely friendly both times.”

“10/10 hospitality, conveniently found this store and the owner (Kyle I believe) went above and beyond for me which was really appreciated! I am a Rhode Islander and have never been or realized this store was on Federal Hill. The interior was uniquely designed with a walk in wine room, very nice. It was only a small purchase I had made but he made a long time customer!”
