“My experience last week: the staff was very friendly (unlike the prior staff person a few years ago); the staff works hard and continuously; results came in quickly; it is a quirky set-up, you have to walk through a dr's office waiting room, down some stairs... If you aren't mobile, you'll have to go elsewhere.When we first arrived, we could hear the two staff people chatting and laughing genially. We thought (true confessions!) maybe they weren't working too hard, but once I got into the room where they take blood, it was clear - they're two very nice women who like each other! I came out to the waiting room to wait for my husband, and people were muttering a bit, so I told them that I'll take a friendly and competent staff over an unfriendly and competent staff anytime! There's a LOT of paperwork to do and they never stopped working! They're super nice!”

“I don't know why people are giving BAD reviews for this facility. Lori who checked me in very, very professional and made sure everything was correct. Then drew my blood never felt it, everyone there was so friendly.. A+++ Keep up the great work and I will definitely be back... And maybe people just have a lil patience before saying you had a horrible experience..”
