I’d been having trouble with a Jazzy 600 and called Paul he said “bring the parts down, he tested the controller/joystick determined the joystick was bad He had a used one that I got at a considerable discount also 15% veteran credit. I had taken a bow of silence for the month of October, and I had a card I had previously typed out explaining what I was doing, which I proudly gave to the lady at the desk. With my Spanish speaking mom, and my mute self, it was difficult to interact. Yet with the help of the staff, specifically the lady at the front desk (whose name I could not ask for), my mom was able to be satisfied with the service rendered and the attention provided to her. “Kent DME did suffer from being understaffed for a while.BUT !!! They are back to being a great DME company.I visited to resolve a few issues and Corinne took care of EVERYTHING. It wasn't easy to find what I needed but she wouldn't quit until she found what I needed and took care of me. They are able to answer the phone more often and are adding another customer service person soon. The respiratory therapist are genuine wonderful professionals with great personalities.I will be recommending them to everyone.”
