Metro by T-Mobile is a store with helpful and friendly staff. Some representatives are great, patient, and leave customers with no questions unanswered. They go above and beyond, are very helpful to every customer, and can make the whole experience great. The operating times posted online are accurate, and the store stays open later than others. Customers can be in and out with everything needed, getting phones and accessories. However, some staff at this location can make you not want to be there, leading some to visit only because it is close by.
