Ask for Allen if you go to this location he will give you the best deal and be honest with you about the plans and the phones.

They actually have free phones in stock at this location and I called alot of them and they were the only ones.
If you can get Allen you'll have a better experience like 4 or 5 stars. I noticed alot of other workers will try to scam u very very sketchy and not really say the truth about the plans just to get u to spend the most money possible.
I dont know about you but with everything so expensive ppl are trying to save not spend we just dont have it the economy sucks right now so I dont have time for all that.

I really usually hate coming to this location the people that are usually there just make you not want to be there && only go when I’m tired to don’t feel like traveling further and it’s close by ..but I went there wed night . When Ashley was working . I had to switch my daughters line to another phone after she broke hers. There was only one person when I got there && within minutes the store filled with 5 more & Ashley was the only one there and it was about an hour to til closing . She was so friendly and helpful to every single customer . She really went above and beyond and made my whole experience great , since I wasn’t happy mt daughter broke her phone to begin with . Thanks again Ashley. Would come here if there were more friendly staff like her.

Metro PCS located at 395 Admiral St have a female employee with a star tattoo near to her eye, working Sundays around 3pm that has the most disrespectful and nasty attitude I have experienced in customer service. I went to buy an iPhone which is not a cheap phone and she just lost a sale with her rude attitude. Honestly I thought she was joking at the beginning but the attitude continued and I just said thank you and left the store because she was extremely disrespectful. That person should not work there. Is bad for the business. If you want to confirm my review just visit that store because I’m pretty sure you will have the same experience. A person that behaves the way she did will continue that pattern because is a clear sing of a severe mental issue. She can’t help herself. I hope Metro really read this reviews and fix that issue by providing the training and mental health treatment necessary to keep her because I believe that a person can change or they remove her because she is not adequate for that position.

I am thankful their operating times posted online are accurate. Thank you for staying open longer than the Corporate store in the mall. You'd think a Corporate store would post accurate times of operation.

I went in for a new phone and phone line, the lady working was extremely helpful and nice, I believe her name was Bridgette. She helped me pick out a new phone and set everything up for me with no issues, give her a raise! I would recommend stopping by this specific location.
