Rhode Runner Inc. is a Rhode Island gem and a fabulous store for finding quality sneakers. The staff makes the place spectacular, with extremely helpful, patient, and experienced employees. They take the time to understand each customer's running needs and goals, asking questions and listening carefully. The service includes measuring feet and watching customers walk or jog on a track to observe gait and address concerns to help prevent injury. This expertise allows them to focus on finding the shoe that works best, often with great efficiency. The store carries name brand quality products, with a modest selection of running clothing and ancillary items like gels and headlights. While the parking lot is challenging and prices can reach up to $200, the exceptional, knowledgeable service from the staff makes Rhode Runner a destination worth visiting for runners and non-runners alike seeking a perfect fit.
Helpful and very knowledgeable folks who helped me get the right shoe in the right size for my foot and stride after taking a few years off of running. They have a small indoor track to test shoes out (and a treadmill). Highly recommend.

The knowledge of the associates and the level of customer service is amazing! First time anyone has ever shown me a different way to lace my shoes so they don’t slip in the heel.
