“I was visiting family this past week in Providence from Connecticut for New Year's so I'm quite unfamiliar with the area, of course when I tried heading back my car didn't start. My dad tried looking at the car but had no luck so I ended up having to get it towed and taken to a mechanic. One of my friends recommended J.M. Auto Repair so I had the tow drop it off there. When I got there I told them what happened and how it wasn't starting and they understood and started working on the car. They told me that the battery in my car was dead so I got worried because I have a pretty old car (2016 Honda Civic) but luckily they had the battery in stock and put a brand new one in there. These guys were super fast and took like 10 minutes to finish the whole thing so would recommend it if you need something small done, 10/10.”
“Amazing service and care for customer. I live in the neighborhood and never really had issues with my tires before until one morning I got a flat on the way to the airport. Upon returning from my trip I decided to take my car by to get the tire fix. The service and care provided is a reason I will only be giving Quality Tire my business and family business in the future. “I had both my front tires replaced at this tire shop on Saturday 12-13-25 and the technician accidentally stripped two of my lug bolts by putting them on with the impart gun instead of by hand 1st damaging 2 of the 5 drum threads. My service van weighs 10,000 lbs fully loaded and it had to fixed right away for safety. Today 12-17-25 I brought the bill to the owner and he took care of it no questions asked and was very apologetic. Mistakes happen but how you handle it is what matters. Im giving these guys a 5 star review for honesty and integrity ?”

“I have a large truck with dual wheels in the back. I showed up and was greeted by one of the mechanics who directed me to the " office " after I explained my needs the gentleman came out and inspected the tire confirming that it should be replaced immediately. Do note that I also asked about the 5 other tires. I asked if they were in need of replacement. I was reassured they did not need to be replaced. ( Honest assessment)I would of replaced them all if I had to. But only replaced one which is saying a lot. Since they only sell tiresThey did not try to take advantage of me. which shows integrity in my book.I was in and out in under an hour.Thank you up Pete's Tire. I'll def. Be back for any tire needs in any of our vehicles business and personal.”

“They are so kind there! My tire was slowly leaking air - wasn't sure if I had to replace it or patch it. Turns out I must've bumped a curb or something and my rim was slightly off. They fixed it in under 10 minutes at no charge. The best part was how happy they were to help. 10/10 would go there again!”

“Had an emergent tire issue, called Pep Boys. A gentleman named Pete answered the phone and told me to come right in and that he would take care of it. As soon as I got there, Pete was very friendly and took care of the issue right away. I was able to get in and out very quickly while receiving exceptional customer service. Highly recommended!!!!”

“Had my car inspected there it failed the first time for minor things fixed it n can back I can honestly say very fast service no wait at all both times it passed the second time around no complaints I don't know why they get bad reviews but just know they do wat there supposed to do n if your car not up to regulations don't expect it to pass”

“Fantastic place! Needed to have a tail light fixed, as well as an inspection they went above and beyond. I had forgotten to ask them to check my battery,because I had to jumpstart the car last week, and it was down to nothing. They had checked this They did all service exceptionally and were very thorough with a very reasonable and fair price. My car wasn’t quite ready at the end of the day so they let me use a loaner. I highly recommend Wayne’s And they will now be my go to service facility!”
