My heroes during the end of RISD Pre-College! Not only were they setup with a nice process and very friendly during move out day, they helped me out more than a week later. I called from out of state, asking about a missing canvas. Not a day later they called and emailed the shipping info of the found canvas. Thank you for the support and quality service!

Lily provided me with perhaps the warmest, most sincere customer service I've ever experienced. A friend of mine a very valuable stuffed animal at my house (her late father gave it to her decades ago) and it was very important to me to ship it securely. Lily was extremely helpful in helping me get it ready for shipping, and went above and beyond in terms of respecting the sentimentality of something that would have been easy to treat as just an object. Thank you, Lily ❤️

The people here are some of the most friendly. It is a very clean store. The self-serve kiosk is always working and again very clean. You aren’t just a number there and you will get what you need. I highly recommend using this location for all your needs.

The store environment seems inhospitable. Hesitant to help. The lady expresses herself in a rude way. Doesn't offer any immediate solutions to the concerns voiced by the customer. Won't be going there again.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
