On 7/11/2026 I went to my Verizon store at Providence Place Mall . I was in knots after I pressed wrong buttons on my phone and it was no longer working properly. Courtney B. assisted me and addressed the problem and in, 10 mins my phone was working perfectly and I was in heaven. Thans Courtney!!!

I had a great experience at Verizon setting up a few new phone plans. Our associate was very kind and patient with us when trying to find the correct account information. I think her name was Yonny. Great customer service!!
