My phone was having an issue with the SIM card and I rushed to the store after work to see if I could get it fixed. I was worried it would take a while or be a hassle. However, the associate was very friendly and helpful and everything was taken care of in less than 10 minutes! Great experience!

Worst company ever do not do any business with them they target poor neighborhoods to rip people off the agents will follow you around till you accept to try their service with false information to get you to sign up and charge you even if you deny the service once you catch their bluff they will ignore you when you reach out to customer service and will charge you even though they don’t provide any service I received their equipment July 5 I called to activate on the same phone call before any activation I realized they gave me false info so I asked the phone agent No to activate and send me instructions to rerturn the equipment send it out the next day they had it in their possession by July 11 and proceeded to charge me a full bill I called told the phone agent the situation she cleared my hill cause clearly I didn’t want to do business with a company who starts by lying to me and they proceeded to bill me again I called again they said a supervisor would be reaching out to me nobody called a month later I’m in collection for a service that was never provided and only accepted because the agent near my house literally followed me and my child into ma Donald’s sat with us convinced me the service was free with the acp and I had nothing to loose if I tried itOnly put one star cause it wouldn’t let me post but if I could give less than zero I would don’t do business with Verizon

Tried "cutting cord" and only keeping the internet service from Verizon. They wanted to charge $130 a month for service and said none of there programs were available in my area. Aka "no other high speed internet options are available in your area so we're going to hold you over a barrel". iv since cancelled and couldn't be happier with COX at half the pric.

1. Verizon (Cell phone) is something I just brought a brand new phone SG23+ lots of money for it with no chargers, headphones, 0 accessories in box n etc.......2. Time for me to transfer my old phone to new phone they can't help you out because they charge $30.00 for this LOL. I'm doing it myself and asking questions about how to connect the USBs the sales lady kept saying it will be $30.00 for me too help you.+ I didn't get help to set up a Verizon account to set up billing payments because staff she refused to help me. I was told to go to this store from the 1800# lady who said that staff will help me here instead was told every 0.5 seconds it will be $30.00 for help. Noo lies check yall cameras3. Money hungry company. What happened to helping the customer out with a nicer talk and attitude¿¿¿ instead of repeating over and over it will be $30.00!!!!! for us to help you. And she knows who she is sitting at the main front entrance. YOU SUCK she was the white lady sitting next to the Spanish lady today around 12pm4. Knowing this now that they charge for every little help will not be going over here again, thinking about canceling my whole VERIZON cell plan from this experience at this store and I'm a brand new customer at that she was not nice nor friendly very RUDE.5. Will call corporation and report this. Letting yall know and don't respond back to my Google review with B.S excuses.

I’m a customer for more than ten years, my cell was running out of power, so asked if they could charge it for me ? They were very kind, charged it for me! I so appreciate the excellent customer service!!!

Store manager said the order wasn’t ready because the order had to go through a fraud check and then a third party verification, so to feel free to walk around for a while. I waited for an hour and finally called customer service only to find out there was no such check or verification, and at that point the manager finally says, oh the order just came through. Like ok.. sure.. thanks for making me wait.Edit: Not only that, but when I finally got my order I asked about porting over my old number and was reassured that it was all taken care of, she handed me everything nodding and walking away as if to get me to leave as soon as possible. I got a text message once I was home the moment the phone was on saying that the port was unsuccessful. This was the first time a Verizon employee did not go through a phone activation with me at the store and seemed to just want to get rid of me. How in the world this person was promoted to store manager being as disinterested in providing the least bit of customer service is beyond me.

My wife and I spent an hour and a half at a local verizon wireless store and with the help of the agent working there signed up on-line for a ten dollar per phone discount per month if we signed up for auto-pay. We were told our twenty dollar discount would start with our nest bill--it did not. We looked up the new invoice due nest month, and we are still not getting our advertised discount. After running the gauntlet with verizon customer service and spending an hour on hold and pushing buttons--we were finally told our account is "under review" to see if we are going to get that discount. Now they just hit our checking account for whatever they want. I would disregard any e mail offers Verizon sends you--it appears to be a scam. I have their current bill under review--continued Verizon usage is doubtful...

verizon internet is very unreliable- this service goes in and out every day. what's the proble? why can't we as consumers get what we pay for everyday there is an issue, and when you try calling the system takes for ever to get through to someon. I'm really sore I switched plans.

Walked into the Verizon store and it was crowded. Lots of people wanting to be waited on, I guess because this store also offers service for FIOS and other products, not just cellphone service. The staff really is hurried and not very attentive. It's a shame, because ATT and Verizon are supposed to have the best network coverage in the country. I waited so long, I did not get anyone to come to help...it's a pity. I guess I will have to check my options online..that might be the easiest thing to do... Some background on this company.......Verizon is the largest wireless carrier in the United States, with 142.8 million subscribers at the end of Q4 2021. Customer service has declined drastically. They now force you to do everything online. Basically just a retail store. Don't expect anything beyond basic service.
