I think I must’ve told her “thank you” 100 times. She was extremely knowledgeable and she knew how to get things done and she devoted a lot of time to me which I really appreciated. She Thoughtfully listened and gave me her complete attention when I was giving her my somewhat scattered answers to her questions and found out what I was asking for. She called back like she said she was going to. Seriously, this woman saved my life. Marcia deserves a raise, a promotion and/or a commendation.”
