“I am giving this bank 5 stars because I just refinanced my house with them. It was easy and I have never even met the man who did the work for me. Everything was done virtually. Lance Conte helped me make decisions through email and a website dedicated to my account. I felt so safe and really appreciated. The interest rates were low and there has been a rush of people refinancing. I was told that it would take 3 months and it has taken a little less than that. Nice. I like to know up front what to expect. Today I got a call from the closing company. They are coming to my house for the closing. I like that I can determine the level of safety that will be in place. Definitely will stay with Citizens.”

“Don't let anything that you've heard about this ATM give you preconceived notions. Go into using this ATM with an open mind and you'll be very happy. It has all the functions at an ATM should have including withdrawing money depositing money cashing checks, checking balances, and all those things.
