Throughout the repair process they gave us a tour of the shop, explaining what work was being done, they kept in constant communication with us and provided photographs of the repairs as they progressed. Derek arranges all your car rental needs and goes above and beyond for his customers. “I can't possibly overstate how fantastic my experience was with this business owner. I had a flat tire on Sunday and while changing the tire on my car, the jack collapsed. Anthony helped me on his own time, to solve the problem. He also told me to swing by the shop to make sure the tire was safely mounted. There was an issue with the rotor cover that I didn't notice until after I drove off on Sunday and it was a very loud noise from contact with the rotor. I took it to the shop today and it was fixed almost immediately. He wouldn't even take a payment. Obviously don't expect free work from the business owner, but how incredibly helpful and trustworthy this guy is speaks to the value of doing business there. I need some minor repairs to my car that I will surely have done there”
“Fred did a wonderful job fixing my car up. When I got it back the paint job looked brand spanking new, the hood was perfectly aligned back into place. I was extremely happy with the work he did. “We have used Auto Body Concept for a few accidents we have had in the last 20 years. I just got my car back from a recent accident. My accident was at 8:30 am and by 1 pm I brought my car and had a rental since my car was not drivable. Rory took care of everything. I had the insurance names and all I had to do was sign a few papers. He did all the work. I’ve sent my daughter and friends there and they had great experiences too. The work is A plus and the service is unlike any I have had ever. My car inside and out was spotless and like new. Great local company!”

“Rob and Keith are both great (I couldn't think of a word to describe better then great but they go well beyond) at what they do. They're work cones out amazing his prices are reasonable especially compared to other body shops or dealer body shops. I've never had a problem with any work they do and I've brought 5 or 6 different cars to them for body/ paint work. They also deal with ur insurance company in full so u don't have to and trust me it can be a real P.I.T.A. sometimes. They are the only place I'll bring my cars for any kind of body paint work nowadays. And on a side note you get that personalized service u only find from smaller businesses nowadays.
