“We come apple picking every year we live in the area. The sign had said they close at 5pm but there were two signs and I didn't see the new one that said 4:30. I went with my two sons and we arrived around 4:09 the girl was very sweet and told us they closed at 4:30 and didn't want to rush us. I understood and since I actually didnt want to rush we decided to go to another apple orchard. The owner heard my youngest crying because we coudlent pick there. The woman came out and told us the owner said he wasnt going anywhere and we could take our time. What a sweetheart!!!This orchard is huge and a hidden gem they have over 6 diffrent kinds of apples and everyone there is always so nice!!!! We left with a bushel of apples two mums and two cornstarch! Prices are always great too!!”
“Jacavone Garden Center was like Santa's wonderland on Sunday. What a great free family event,a pic with Santa.Bought a gift certificate for a xmas gift.Who knows maybe next year the Grinch will show up with Santa. This is also a great place for buying flowers and plants for your garden in the spring.”
“Hattoy's came highly recommended to us by extended family when we first moved here. Every one of our visits has been great. The people are so nice and the quality of their items is unmatched. We went to grab a bunch of awesome pumpkins today. Highly recommend this be your garden center!”
“I was looking for mums and found excellent veg, too. The native shell beans are outstanding and beautiful, I haven't seen those before. The chard was glossy and full. I ended up making a stir fry with both and it was out of this world. The mums are great - pricing, selection, size, and health. I had my kiddo with me in a stroller, and while I could go about business just fine, I did appreciate the offers of help from the folks working there. Definitely coming back, and happy to have the greenhouse nearby.”
“I had a crushed stone Delivery for my driveway from Chepachet Hardware today. The delivery was the best experience I have ever had. The stone was not just dropped in a pile, they actually spread it as they dropped it, leaving me very little work to do! Thank you for giving me my weekend back!!”
“When I walked into Coventry gardens very overwhelmed, Eric made the experience so easy. He was very patient with all my questions. He helped me with my selections and can't beat the prices.”
“I stopped by looking for some clematis, and was so amazed by this nursery! They had a great selection of clematis, and TONS of other perennials, shrubs, and trees. They had a modest selection of annuals, with a lot of succulents. Everyone who worked there was friendly and seemed exceptionally happy. I had a fantastic time wandering around. When I checked out, my items were 30% off and they gave me free Yacht Club soda. I'll be back!”
“Visiting this hilltop garden center feels like stepping into a living painting. Every plant is thoughtfully displayed, the colors and textures blend beautifully, and the views from the top create a serene, almost magical atmosphere. The staff are knowledgeable and genuinely passionate, making it easy to find the perfect addition for your garden or home. It’s the kind of place that inspires creativity, calm, and a deep appreciation for nature. A true gem for plant lovers and anyone seeking a peaceful escape.”
“I stop there every Saturday morning on the way home from my grandsons hockey practice up the street. Love the store and the people who run it are friendly and helpful”
“I wish I knew about this service I could’ve saved hundreds of dollars and saved myself much wasted time dealing with a severe drain pipe clog. - the $107 I spent to rent that professional drain snake that did the job in no time was a great investment. Thank you!”
“Everything is perfectly placed and cared for at the garden center. I escape to a secret garden among the herbs! Lol. Great store. I watch the sunrise every weekday morning while waiting for my sons shift to end.”
“We came in looking for paint supplies while we were in the area. I will say that the associate,Tania, who assisted me was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We had a great conversation and not only did she assist me in that department, when I asked about something else, she led me to the location. She is phenomenal and an a huge asset to your store.”
“We bought new shower doors for our bathroom today. We asked for service from someone who was more knowledgeable about bathroom items. He helped from picking out the shower doors, track, and door handles up to paying for the items. A good experience with helpful associates, good prices and variety.”
“Great place for the DIYers. Discovered their garden center and now visit often to build and supplement our garden space for early spring and summer. Nice selection of plants and shrubs.”
“08/14/26 @ 7:30pm...Jaden was an excellent help with cutting the plywood and also assisted us with loading the truck. He was very personable, always saying, “Have a great night,” and consistently asking if we needed any additional help. He has a great attitude and provided outstanding customer service. We truly appreciated his help!”
“Home Depot is a great place for contractors and homeowners. I wish the employees didnt actively hide and avoid people but other than that it's great. Sometimes items have to be purchased online only and that can get confusing so make sure to check the stock or availability at the particular store youre planning to visit before expecting to be able to get the item same day.”

“Stopped at Country Gardener today for some mums. It has been a long time. I no longer live in Scituate but remember going there with my Mom when I was younger. Great place and I love supporting small businesses. Keep up the great work. The mums look great too!!”
