“Just had new coilovers & rear camber arms installed on my 2016 WRX. Got ahold of Pace to schedule up an alignment ASAP as I also had recently got new tires & I didn't want to be driving on them long term without this. Most other places would of had me waiting over a week. Pace got me in less then 2 days after I called. They did a great job Communicating with me about my car. I received a phone call when it was ready to be picked up. They also went over a few other things in regards to my car. Very happy with my first time visit to Pace. Alignment feels perfect. They were super friendly & professional.”

(my jeep should have been given up on but I loved it and they continued to service it at my request). There has never been a time that they have not satisfied us. They are extremely accommodating, and the repair fees are always fair. They are very friendly and definitely have the family vibe. But today I need to send an extra special thank you. A friend had an alternator problem and she could not be without a car. It was towed to them without them knowing it was coming. I called them and told them I requested it to be towed there. “I appreciate the lady working the desk she was kind. Not sure if she’s the one that also answers the phone but the phone call lady was nice too. The downside I have here is I know shops want some money but having to come in with what I already got diagnosed for as a problem and having a two hour appointment to later be told the problem I knew already. And then asked to come in at a later date for said problem to be fixed was a bit of a hassle especially having to pay for what I already knew and not having it fixed then. I’m struggling myself financially in this economy and it just would have been nice to be listened to so that the extra payment and hours of time to check something could have been avoided. Then the time could be used for all the other customers. I know the place sees a lot of business. There are many many happy reviewers. Just something to keep in mind for the future and to be mindful of the fact that everyone is struggling right now. Other than that I didn’t really find any issues with customer service overall and thought the mechanics and front desk lady were nice.”

“I made the mistake of purchasing two new tires for the front of my car from a local tire dealer and suffered terrible vibrations at both low speed and highway speeds. The whole car would shake while driving. I brought the car back four times and they were unable to fix the problem. I was told that the new tires had flat spots on them, so they replaced the tires again. Still the problem occurred!
I was then told that the rims were bent and needed to be replaced. That's when I went to Melvin's Tire in Smithfield, RI. Dwyane was excellent! Within 30 minutes, his technician checked the wheels and determined they were not bent. They checked the new tires and determine they were fine as well. However, they did find that the previous dealer I bought the tires from failed to remove all of the old adhesive wheel weights from inside the wheels, which was causing excessive road force and vibration.
Once they cleaned the wheels of all the old weights, they easily rebalanced them and the car road tested fine with no further vibrations. That settles it! From now on, all my tire work and maintenance goes Melvin's Tire, Smithfield. These guys know what their doing and I don't mind paying good money for superior work! Thanks Dwayne!”

“I felt confident going to Vanworx after seeing all of the positive reviews. Luke was showing a van for a customer who wanted to sell it. He really took the time to explain everything thoroughly as we are New getting a conversion camper van. He even let us see his own personal, one which was an absolute masterpiece.
Luke was honest and did not push the sale on us. There were some repairs that were needed and not only did Luke repair them prior to our purchase, but he fixed things like screens that he did not get paid for by the owner. He is definitely a standup guy and we will be back for all our service needs.
