This was my first time using Marty’s Auto. I usually go somewhere else, but I decided to try an auto body shop closer to home. After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give Marty’s a try—and I have to agree with everyone who gave them an excellent review!
The customer service was top notch. I was told my car would take about two weeks, but I got it back in just four days! The work was excellent, and my car looked brand new.

“What an great experience. Had the misfortune of getting a screw in two tires and needed replacements. Milford tire was able to get me the exact tire my needed for a price that beat town fair tire. I met the husband and wife owners who were so kind to me and my three daughters when I brought them in for the repair. They even offered the girls chocolate chip cookies. It was so nice. “I have been to A&W in the past, and their work has always been great. Paul the General Manager, really knows what he is doing. What wasn't always the greatest was the customer service. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't the greatest. So, why did I keep going back? Because the work was always performed great.
Now, enter my last appointment. Not only was the work performed great, but the customer service was great!! Mike kept me up to date every step of the way. I was even contacted when my vehicle wasn't being worked on, just to stay in touch. It gets better from here. Before I leave, my next appointment is made me for in advance, allowing me to plan ahead. Then, the next day, Mike called me again, to make sure everything was great and there were no issues. Imagine this? My doctor doesn't even call me the day after an appointment.
Paul earned my trust a few years ago, and now I feel even more valued. Who could ask for more? I feel valued there, and I can say with Confidence, my car is fixed right.

“I appreciate the lady working the desk she was kind. Not sure if she’s the one that also answers the phone but the phone call lady was nice too. The downside I have here is I know shops want some money but having to come in with what I already got diagnosed for as a problem and having a two hour appointment to later be told the problem I knew already. And then asked to come in at a later date for said problem to be fixed was a bit of a hassle especially having to pay for what I already knew and not having it fixed then. I’m struggling myself financially in this economy and it just would have been nice to be listened to so that the extra payment and hours of time to check something could have been avoided. Then the time could be used for all the other customers. I know the place sees a lot of business. There are many many happy reviewers. Just something to keep in mind for the future and to be mindful of the fact that everyone is struggling right now. Other than that I didn’t really find any issues with customer service overall and thought the mechanics and front desk lady were nice.”
“Helped me on Numerous occasions but one that stands out was on Christmas eve, the shop was closed, and I had an emergency blower motor go out with no heat in freezing weather. I pulled in and jeff was off the clock, but he helped me fix my heat and saved Christmas.”

“Let me preface this by saying I am VERY wary of mechanics because I have been taken advantage of before. My previous mechanic I trusted retired, and I was dreading finding a new one. At Trudeau’s Auto Repair, I had a really great experience - went for an oil change and it was quick and inexpensive - no trying to sell me unnecessary services. I knew going in that my brakes needed some help so they did tell me that, and got my car back in the same week. What they quoted me for the repair is what they charged, and it was really fair pricing. It can be rare to find people that you feel you can trust, but I think here I may have found some.”

He could have easily charged me more for work, but he gave me upfront, honest advice about what my car actually needed—plus great tips on routine maintenance to keep it running smoothly long-term.
