The community here is great. The coaches are all very experienced and specialise in different things. I love the Olympic lifting classes too. There is also bootcamp, which is fun. The best thing about this gym is the people.

Great gym! I will say they breed Dragon warriors. You will find yourself wondering why you are producing enough sweat to fill a local pond and everyone else is warming up no sweat, heavy weights, good endurance about to fight Thanos on their lunch break. Good people
