“As someone who had never done CrossFit before, I’m so happy to have found Crossfit 401. Their coaches have been super informative and helpful with every workout. Working out can be intimidating let alone a crossfit gym. All the members are welcoming and encouraging as well. Jen and Ray have the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to! Definitely try them out you won’t be disappointed!!”

“Whether to the N. Smithfield location. My only complaint is that the Total Enhancement machine wasn't working properly. Other than that, this is one of my favorite locations.”

“Great gym and atmosphere. Staff is great, and Owners are wonderful! They go above and beyond for their members!Gym is always clean so that is a plus. I have also cancelled and rejoined and have had no issues at all. Owner is always there and available for members needs and if she is off she is always a phone call away.”
