“I called early afternoon on a Saturday for a same-day flower arrangement delivery to my mom, for her 85th birthday on Sunday. I was panicked due to my own tardiness, knowing chances were slim that I could accomplish this on time. The owner advised that all deliveries for the day were done earlier, but he sensed my stress. He then asked me if I minded an early evening delivery instead and, if so, he would personally deliver the arrangement to my Mom after he closed the shop for the weekend. THAT is next-level customer service! His empathy blew me away. I will always use Forget-Me-Not in the future as a result.
In the end, my Mom was thrilled with the beauty and size of the arrangement AND the fact she was so surprised to get it the night before her birthday. Made me smile. All because of this shop owner who went above and beyond for me. If this is how they manage all aspects of their business, then you’ll be well-rewarded giving them all of your future business! I live out of state, but will call them first for my florist needs going forward!”

“We used Frey Florist for our December wedding and our floral arrangements were exactly what we envisioned as we wanted a winter color palette without being Christmas-y. The bouquets were beautiful and the potted ivy centerpieces perfectly fit the vibe of our library wedding. Sarah was great to work with and was able to accommodate a last minute request to add a second drop off location on the day of the wedding so we could have our bouquets for photo ops on the walk from our hotel to the venue. Highly recommend!”

Park Square Florist delivered the most wonderful garland/wreath shape that was everything I could have imagined. They also provided an arrangement that accompanied the urn piece to be presented from my grandparents. The gentleman I spoke to was kind, patient and understanding of what I was asking for.”

“This is the second time I have used Simply Elegant. I have been very pleased both times.
I ordered these for my daughter who is all about pink. I was a little disappointed that the lilies were white not pink. I do understand t hat they were ordered for same day delivery and maybe the pink ones were not on hand.
I will definitely use Simply elegant in the future.”
