“I use self checkout most times. Store shelved are pretty empty. Few things I came for I did not find and lots of aisles partially blocked with pallets of goods needed to be shelved with no one around to do such. Floors are clean except from merchandise that shoppers have dropped on the floor and have not picked up to replace on the shelves (even bread). I just don't get it.”

We were shopping for a dresser and we ended up getting a real wooden dresser, coffee table, end table, and display dresser for the price we would have spent on Wayfair for some plywood junk that would have lasted a few years at best. “Needed 2 boxsprings on a Sunday & they were the closest so I bought them without making a fuss on the price because a gentleman put both on the top of my truck & tied them securely without anyone else assisting him. That alone was worth it! The entire process took about 30 mins total... Nice friendly customer service!”

“I have been using knock on wood for years, and love the quality of the furniture. I had bookcases a kitchen island and side tables which were stained to match my furniture. I was shocked about the fire but so happy they have a bright new location. We just ordered a new kitchen island and they have the same great service! No other place like it!”
