“I love Old Navy, especially for kids. They grow so fast and buying something at Old Navy means value ! I found this really nice floral girl's dress on clearance, which is perfect for my great niece who lives in the tropics. The store has a nice selection of sale and clearance items...the checkout process is not bad, just have to stand in line and wait for the next available cashier.”

“My husband and I have some great leather belts, but we've both lost weight and now the belts are too big. The company we bought them from won't shorten them for us, and we didn't want to spend money on new belts. A Google search for leathersmiths turned up Bellows Leather. Long story short, I am glad I called! May was happy to shorten our belts properly, and for a reasonable price. She shortened 4 belts for us for what it would've cost to buy one new one, and she did it in a way so as we continue losing weight we won't need to have them shortened again. May is fantastic! And there is so much to see in the shop, we'll have to make another trip to do some proper shopping. Thank you, May!”

“On this visit to American Eagle, we didn't find anything particular of note. There was nothing especially wrong; the store was clean and organized for the most part. Just for the prices and the other available options at the mall, the selection was a bit underwhelming.
Certainly it's not a bad option if you need wardrobe staples. The AE clothes I have are holding up well, and their patterns and styles are relatively timeless. But timeless can also come across as bland.”

“This is simply the best place within a 15 mile radius to buy a pair of shoes. They always have what is in style and usually if you wait a few weeks what you want is on sale for a good price. I’ve gotten shoes for years here. The people know exactly how to do their jobs here. I needed to make a size exchange on a pair I got for my wife and because I was in olneyville having wieners we went to that one but they wanted to charge me for the price difference as the sneakers weren’t on sale anymore. This place processed the exchange seamlessly with no issues as it should have been done at the other location. I should have known I wouldn’t receive good service at the olneyville location. Thank you Garfield Ave store you guys are the best.”

“I’d never heard of this store until my 14 year old came home with a pair of $225 sneakers that she had no business buying. I immediately went back to the store with her and explained the situation (and her mental state which lead to this unreasonable purchase). The gentlemen in the store asked made me aware of the no return policy but due to the situation surrounding this purchase (no need to go into detail) they allowed the return. All of the store associates were very nice and understanding. I’d support them again.”
