i have my mortgage and the small checking account I use to pay it through Navigant. I'd had no issues til this past week. I've made a partial payment (85% of the total due for 12/1) on 11/21 and it has not posted. I tried transferring an additional 2 months worth of mortgage payments into my checking account, from my Santander via online transfer. It is Not showing up! I have to drive to a branch in person now over less than $200. Get your act together, Navigant. Even with last Thursday being a holiday, there's No Reason a simple fund transfer from a RI checking account should take longer than a week! This is financial incompetence rearing its ugly head.

Working with Amanda Bido at Navigant credit union had to be with out a doubt the best loan experience I have ever had! Pleasant customer service, and a stress free process. She requested exactly what she needed from me, rather thank asking for something new every time I spoke to her (like I have experienced in the past with other banks) and the turn around time was so quick that it felt too good to be true. Amanda went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable even with the wire process. I was waiting for the catch or the additional documentation request. I highly recommend working with Navigant and will absolutely be my first call for any future needs.

It was all going along swimmingly for the last few years with Navigant until last week. I can now see why they are rated 2.8. I have both personal and business accounts there. I am the only signee on my business checking account and wanted to add my daughter who lives in California. I was told for her to become a signee she would have to open a small savings account. No problem until she went to do so and they wouldn't let her because......she lives in California. In todays world of Zoom, Esign , computers, electronic everything this is something they can't do. I guess I'll take my 250k+ and go somewhere than can accommodate my needs. I'll be closing my accounts as soon as I find a more helpful institution. #######. update. It seems to get someone to respond and help you have to write a one star review. Sad. However it did work. Navigant has found a way to get my situation rectified. The person who bent over backwards was from the main office on the C/O Rts 7 and 116. Ms. Nardollillo deserves a raise and a promotion.

One of the worst banks I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I thought they would be a good community bank but they are a nightmare for foreign transactions in this day of global commerce. For any payment outside the u.s you will probably be on the phone for an hour...

The worst bank you can deal with. I wanted to stop payment on a bill because I did not have enough money in acct at the time so I went to a branch, told them I need a new debit card and stop payment on an ach withdrawal. The young lady made me a new card, gave it to me and left the room to get papers for stop payment. She came back with manager and asst manager to tell me they could not put a stop on ach and they said I might be commiting fraud by not paying a payday loan. The manager then proceeded to cut up my new card and treated me like I was committing fraud when I had already spoke to my payday loan company about paying in 2 more weeks which they agreed to. They embarrassed me and made me feel like a criminal and I am going to get a lawyer and the BBB involved as they told the Banking commission the story but their version was false and I have documents to prove it. Stay away from this bank. High and mighty think all customers are dumb. I am 74 years old and I was born at night but not last night!!!

When everything on their website and phone message says we open at 8 and it’s 8:30 and they’re closed it’s not a good luck especially when someone’s having an issue

Awful bank…wouldn’t recommend anyone bank here…even if you do enjoy paying transfer fees and overdraft fees resulting from the transfer fees, there are better banks…or even better, just switch to a no-fee bank

Who had the genius idea of getting rid of business bank statements over 3 months old. What protections does that give people? As useful as wearing cloth face masks in preventing COVID spread. It protects no one from fraud. All my clients are now scrambling to get their statement for year end accounting.

Ross Silva Rhode Island has gone above and beyond in every way for us while we have navigated a house build. Ross has on many occasions answered calls outside of normal business hours, educated us A LOT and his kindness is outstanding. They are our loan for my car and now I am a car payment behind, because our electronic check from our banking institution was not cash in a timely manner. We had to pay our financial institution fee's to fix Navigants mistake. We have sent it by money order in November 1stand they just processed it. I just sent in December 3 and they want another payment by December 22nd ...what? Our son has the same issues with his account through them. Customer service is a joke they can't help and leaving messages that go unanswered. Taking my loan elsewhere.

I've been a customer of Navigant of ten years. I just dealt with customer service, and the one lady I dealt with just ruined the whole last ten years I had with Navigant. So rude, and condescending. I will now be switching my banks because of that.

Never get a loan from them. You can't pay online with an external bank and their customer service is beyond horrid

I have had the absolute worst experience with their card services. Poor design on debit card so that the swipe or chip (or both) constantly stop working. Fraud alerts when I travel even after I told them where I would be. Limits on the number of transactions I wasn’t told about and information on the banking app that doesn’t match what member services has on their end. It’s has been a headache and I am actively looking to switch banks.
