371 Putnam Pike, SmithfieldI had to bring it 2 dogs that were sick with 2 different issues. When I made the appointment they could only get them in 1 1/2 hours away from each other. That was fine bc I wanted both of them to be seen that day. Right before I was getting ready to leave for the first appointment the receptionist got in touch with me and said the Dr. Miller noticed I had 2 appointments at different times. He told her to call me to tell me to bring both of them in for the time of the first appointment so I wouldn’t have to come back a second time, which I really appreciated. Once we got there they took great care of them. They went over everything they wanted to do and gave me estimates before they did anything so there were no surprises. Everyone was so kind and professional. Once the appointment was done Dr. Miller came in the room and went over everything with me and made sure I didn’t have any questions. We went over our plan going forward and what to expect.
Dr. Miller contacted me the next day and asked how my pets were doing and went over the results of the test. He also asked me to keep update him in a couple days to let him know how they were doing. Thank you to everyone that participated in my pets’ appointments. You made it a very pleasant experience during a difficult time.

The owner said she could squeeze me in right then and there. My dog has extreme anxiety and I have had to sedate her in the past to do her nails. This woman not only made my baby feel so relaxed but also got the nails done in less than five minutes so I asked if they had time to groom her but was worried about leaving her because she would cry and bark. The lady was so understanding and let me not only stay but sit with her inside the work area I was so happy with her empathy and understanding that I decided going forward this was the place I would be bringing my baby every time !!!!!!!!!

She is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable and has helped us with allergies, mobility and behavioral issues to name a few. Her and her wonderful team are more like family and my dogs are very comfortable with everyone there. We are extremely fortunate to have found Dr Doolittle and so appreciative for everything she has done for us!

6 Industrial Dr, SmithfieldIs your dog absolutely bonkers like mine? Do you work full time and can’t get their energy out? My Lucky Dog is the place! I’ve been taking my pup there since shortly after we adopted her. It’s her favorite place in the whole world. She starts doing backflips as soon as we turn into the parking lot. The staff is wonderful. The facility is clean. And, most importantly, the pup comes home exhausted! They also have one of the smaller size packs of the local doggie daycares, which is great for dogs who might get overwhelmed being greeted by 80-100 friends when they walk in the door (same, dogs, same).

The coffee heath bar flavor was one of the best I’ve ever tried anywhere. But that’s not why this business impressed me. I paid with a credit card and then when I was on my way home, I got an email receipt that showed an additional $3 charge that I didn’t authorize. I called the shop and spoke with the manager, who had already realized an error had been made and actually refunded my whole purchase. I was happy to pay for the ice cream, but she insisted. I was blown away. I’ll definitely return, even though I live 30 min away.
