Went in to trade in devices as told by an agent, waited 45 minutes on my third trip to this dump. They open later than listed, closed earlier than posted on the door/online ... Then wait 45 minutes to be told to go to UPS. Contacted Verizon over the phone and they said they should have taken the trade in devices unconditionally as it's their corporate location. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND SWITCH TO ANYBODY ELSE. 20 years with Verizon with 4 lines, for what? Loyalty goes both ways

Waste of time. Walked in knowing exactly what I wanted to buy. Didn’t need to ask questions or have it set up. Just wanted to buy an iPad. Say there for 40 mins. Hire more ppl or have 1 person on to do quick sales. I’ll purchase a new iPad somewhere else.

I like this store for location and size. The employees that I have worked with have been knowledgeable and friendly. I schedule a time to go in and have one on one service. I look forward to my next upgrade.

Bought a new Samsung tablet salesperson didn't activate it. Just charged me for the tablet and then handed it to me. Disappointing had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with an agent to get it activated.

I have been a verizon customer for years. I usually have good service, however, was a terrible experience. I arrived @ 5:26pm and needed assistance downloading to my replacement phone Aidan the "key holder" refused to service me even though it may have taken 5 minutes because it may take up to 1 hour because they were closing @ 6 so I arrived 35 minutes early only to be turned away . Not sure where customer service values went in this store but I must say I do not recommend this store or this agent given his lack of customer service skills.Verizon store if you need cust

Waited 15min in store.. just to find out they were closing and the manager couldn't help us that night. Would of been nice to know when we walked in. Walked over to T mobile and switched over the account. Worst customer service I have personally experienced

Came to this Verizon location to trade in my old phone and change services over to Verizon. Was very unsatisfied with the incorrect information the older gentleman gave us. He told us we would get a “free” watch or iPad and never mentioned there would be $35 activation fees on each new device (including the “free” iPad/watch). He also promised us that as long as one person on our plan is enrolled in do more, everyone will get 50% off service on additional devices, which was incorrect. After learning about all of the fees, I opted to return the watch and was dissatisfied. Additionally, none of the trade in device promos we were promised have appeared on our bill and we’ve had to spend long hours on the phone with customer service trying to fix all of the issues on the bill.The most frustrating part was that we were told we would receive $200 gift cards over email for switching over from our old providers and was never informed there was a rebate form we needed to fill out. ?Overall, not a pleasant first experience as a Verizon customer. I recommend going to a different location.

Friendly staff when we picked up new phone. Unfortunately, went thru how to use and set up far too quickly. We got home and are now confused and lost in trying to set it up the phone. They need to take more time with clients and make sure they know how to use the device. The same thing happened at this store about one and a half years ago, when the zoomed thru setting up the account and we ended up getting things we did not want. Slow down and take some time!

So happy to have met Brandon from this branch. He assisted us in getting the military discount for my father-in-law. He was patient, kind and so soft spoken. He empathized with me for the awful experience I had with the online chat and Raz, CSR from Verizon. Brandon apologized and said it should not be this difficult to fix. He went above and beyond bringing an additional discount to my attention. I'm considering myself blessed by Brandon! Thank you Brandon! You're a rock star!!!!

Verizon has horrible customer service. The app is constantly down, the website runs you in circles and you never get your issues resolved. The app makes me change my password every time i try to login. Verizon also has horrible billing practices. I get text stating my service is going to be suspended every other day. But i check my bill and its current. 2 hours later it says i owe $140 then an hour later it says my bill is 49 cents. My service is currently suspended for a $44 balance that is due in 3 weeks! June 8t.. it's may 17th! But the app is down so i cant pay it , and customer service is closed. I will be switching providers tomorrow.
