“So, it’s 2 AM and I roll up to this gas station, half awake, half running on fumes (me and the car). The auto pump was broken, so I had to stand there holding the nozzle like it was 1993, wondering if I should be getting paid hourly for this.
My friend wanted a white monster energy drink. (He got 2) I was also disappointed to learn that the men’s bathroom was “out of order” I heard there might have been a gummy snake left in the toilet?? So I did what any desperate man would do. I used the women’s bathroom. It smelt like the guy in the hoodie walking around took a massive one in there. Sorry, ladies, but nature doesn’t care about gender signs.
The highlight of the evening was when I spotted a crab-shaped pen. My buddy almost bought it for me, but then we saw the $7 price tag. SEVEN. For a pen. I don’t know what kind of crustacean markup strategy they’re running, but that crab better pay my bills and do my taxes for that price.
Meanwhile, the employee behind the counter was the most enthusiastic human being I’ve ever met about a gas station loyalty program. He spoke for five minutes straight about the perks, points, and probable immortality benefits of signing up. I felt like I was being recruited for a pyramid scheme, but with gas discounts.
All in all: 10/10 surreal experience, 4/5 stars because I’m still thinking about that crab pen.”
“I go here to try and help my boy learn about el Jesus after I tell him that he is a universal energy but the place only sell gasoline I try to talk to attendan to guy to see if he knows Jesus Christo pero he only know about the premium unleaded and he tell me and my kid that he is a teaist which is ok because I like tea especially sweet tea the Paula deen kind is so good I get diabetes from it but I still drink it behind my wife back, whish is pretty easy becauSe her back so big she look like this guy I saw that try dock Andrew Jackson”
“Best gasoline prices near URI. The owners are very friendly and have everything you possibly need in their store. They recently upgraded their pumps so they now have credit card readers rather than going inside.”
“This is a great boat fuel dock. Hours are 8:30 to 4:30ish daily. Depending how busy they are. They have ropes on the ready at the dock, but the rub rails are a little rough so I would suggest putting your bumpers out. Very friendly staff. Happy boating!”
“It’s nice in here, gas prices seem normal. They have hot food, a big coffee station and you can use the restroom if you ask. Definitely clean. Staff is nice. Never had to wait.”
