So to my surprise, they don't have the dining room anymore. Also no Sushi from what I can tell. Ordered and waited out in the truck after thinking we would eat in. No heat in the lobby/"dining room"...the food we got was still good though! (Dumplings, Spring rolls, Lo Mein)

We have tried other Chinese restaurants in the area, this is our favorite. Family that runs the restaurant are always friendly and polite.

Asian Gourmet is a small tucked away practically unnoticeable gem in the Tiverton plaza. The food is great, hot and the staff are polite and attentive. We had the chow mein this time- folks think Chow Mein is the same everywhere; not true!Asian Gourmets Sauce or gravy or whatever you wish to call it, is always tasty, doesn't coagulate when cooled and the noodles are fresh. We have had many other dishes- one favorite is the Basil Thai Rice with Shrimp!!!The shrimp are huge, flavorful and the Basil sauce is Amazing! Highly recommend!

The general Tso's chicken was filled with little to no chicken and it felt like i was eating chewy, small breaded nuggets rather than actual chicken. I would definitely recommend avoiding this dish if you can. As for some of their other items, such as the boneless ribs and chow mein, theyre pretty good but nothing to go out of your way for when there are many better Chinese restaurants in the area such as Luke's Inn, which in my opinion surpasses Asian Gourmet in food in every conceivable way possible.
