***ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DRY CLEANING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE***I have never had such poor quality customer service nor poor dry cleaning in my entire life. I picked up my husbands white blouse and pants in for cleaning for my daughters baptism and was in a rush to finish my errands and get back to my newborn at home with the nanny that I didn’t inspect the final product carefully enough though and when I got home and asked my husband to get it out of the car, he immediately noticed there was a light blue stain on it by the pocket. I told him that was my last errand and to take it back immediately since it hadn’t even been 5 minutes (we live that close). He left and got to the store within those 5 minutes. He showed them the stain and asked if it could be removed. They said since I had paid, that I accepted the items as is and there was nothing they could do. When he asked to speak to a manager about a refund the manager said the manager wouldn’t give it because I (his wife) put the stain on there. Why would I put a stain on MY clothes I JUST HAD dry cleaned and were STILL in the dry cleaner bag that was unwrinkled??! And to have done that in less than 5 minutes after picking it up when it was to be worn at my daughter’s baptism the next day?? You overestimate me.We have used this dry cleaner before and I cannot express how much we will NEVER use their services again and will be sharing our experiences with everyone we know not to use them either.

I have been doing business with Susan & Jorge for many years. Always pleasant and accommodating! I trust them completely. They have cleaned just about everything for me, my family & my friends, from shirts to wedding gowns! Always a pleasure! And their 2 locations is very convenient for me too.

I just dropped off a suit for cleaning. The woman was very pleasant. 3 days later I got the suit back nice and clean. No questions asked. Just cleaned! I would go again!

Zero customer service. The lady working here has no interest in getting new customers. New to town and attempted to use this place, wouldn't take a $100 bill to pay, rude and unhelpful. Would rather drive across the bridge than use this place again!

Terrible terrible terrible. Absolute crooks run this place. The two ladies behind the register are nice as can be. I've had multiple problems with these people. Stains never come out so don't bother. I've picked up a blouse to find a hole that wasn't there on it. The young girl felt terrible and sent it back for me even though she seemed rather nervous doing so. I felt bad she had to deal with it. I now know why. All that to have the owner return it saying I put it there. It seems the owner doesn't want anything to do with his customers. He would not even give me a call. I wouldn't take my clothes here if I got paid to. They own another store I unfortunately realized in Tiverton so beware. I believe it is called oceanstate. Never again will I return and I'll make sure everyone I know doesn't either.

I would never ever in a million years use this place again. The young girl at the counter was a peach, but the owner/manager is awful. I had dropped off a coat and went to pick it up a few days later. The girl was pleasant and got my coat and I gladly swiped my CC (first mistake) I then decided to take a peek at my coat since I just paid almost $13 to have it cleaned. I noticed the pet hair was still noticeable on the coat. I shrugged it off and turned to the front of the coat and noticed the ketchup stain was still on the coat (yes I am a messy eater) I then spoke with the girl about having the coat re washed. She was more than happy to help, but unfortunately this did not fit in with my schedule as I need the coat for work. I then asked for a refund since the coat didn’t even look like it had been touched. The young girl said she had no problem with that she just had to speak to the manager. I knew something was up when the girl said do you want to talk to her. I then was handed the phone and the voice on the other end could not have been more miserable. I stated that there was a stain on the coat that I was literally removing with my fingernail and how easily the stain is removing. She then told me “well the problem is solved isn’t it” I said “I’m sorry what do you mean?” She then told me the stain is now gone so the problem is solved. Now you can see my frustration when I am paying a company to clean my jacket and I am actually the one that is cleaning it. I asked for a refund and that was quite a painful conversation as the women did not want to budge. I eventually stated refund me now or I dispute the charge with my card company. After a half hour I got my money back. What happened to great customer service and customer satisfaction?!?
