Extremely frustrating every time I go it seems as though they need approval from doctor They've told me several times when I go pick up my scripts that they have sent out a request to the doctor, phone calls have been made and still no refills absolutely a waste of time. I wouldn't even rate them a one star.I honestly think it's a delay tactic on their part they simply don't have enough good help to make the refills on time. It should not take three drive overs to the pharmacy for nothing.Still nothing continue to wait.

It has not been a single snafu at this pharmacy; multiple times I have been put on hold for up to 20 minutes, told they don’t have the medication in stock even though it was prescribed over a week ago, or had to deal with incredibly rude and righteously indignant staff. This pharmacy has horrific customer service. There is a concentration of social incompetence. CVS administration needs to set higher standards and hold their people accountable instead of accepting the lowest common denominator as fait accompli.

They don't ever have my medication in stock, and they never notify you when it is their. Several of the employees are very kind and respectful, but there is one there that has an attitude and is so disrespectful.

I spent an hour on hold when calling the pharmacy tonight. No one would answer. I called the front and was told that they were “short staffed”, and they would only transfer me to the pharmacy again to wait on hold. I finally drove there in person to find out that the pharmacy has no phone service. Anyone who calls there will sit on permanent hold. They told me that “corporate” knows about it and will do nothing. What if an elderly person had an emergency and can’t get there in person? The results could be tragic. The kids who were working up front thought it a great joke to repeatedly transfer me to the back knowing full well that no one could or would be answering. There was no short staffing. There were at least three people working up front and four in the pharmacy. That is the usual number. It seems to me that they are using the pandemic as an excuse to treat customers badly, and maybe dangerously.

Pat, a pharmacy Tech 1 at this location, was incredibly condescending and rude. She is also slow and either needs to be retrained or fired.

The Pharmacist at this store is terrible. “Rachel” thinks she knows best and creates issues when none exist. She belittles patients, questions doctors, and tramples civil rights for people who are prescribed legitimate medication. I will be making a complaint to CVS corporate and am considering legal action. She is THAT over the line and for no good reason.

The importance of timely Covid tests is extremely high especially when you live with family. Twice now it has taken 5 days to get the results of tests at this location.

Some of the pharmacy staff leave a lot to be desired. I have had some very rude people that have waited on me over the years. They also love to order things that do not need to be refilled and I find myself having to keep a close eye on everything from this pharmacy. Why don't I go to Rite Aid? Because CVS has better pharmacy hours... That is the only reason. If I didn't work, I would transfer everything to Rite Aid with a far more friendly staff!

The Pharmacist at this store things she is GOD over every prescription that comes in , very Rude , and non caring to your situation , NOT good don't go here for your prescriptions.. listened to her on the phone with Dr's she is the same with them,,,, Corporate should send in undercover person with a difficult prescription and they will see ........
