When you take a medication on a certain day at a particular time otherwise, it wreaks havoc on your system and the pharmacist gives you a lame excuse as to why they don't have your medication when you're doing everything you possibly can to make sure you pick it up on time and take it, that is just complete incompetence. CVS SUCKS.

If they don’t know how to do something they guess leaving customers without prescriptions, or very long unnecessary wait times. The pharmacist talks condescendingly towards all the staff and makes degrading nicknames for everyone. All the medication is stored very disorganized. This place just a stressful place in general.

Terrible attitude from the pharmacist, I would certainly not have her working with customers, I will go to Walgreens from now on.

I have never had so many problems with a pharmacy than I have had withthe CVS in Tiverton!No one answers the phone. And when they do, they put you on hold, then come back with, "I'm sorry, we seem to be having a problem with ..."I hope that the Upper Management reads these reviews, cares and does something about it.This has been going on for quite a while.

Extremely frustrating every time I go it seems as though they need approval from doctor They've told me several times when I go pick up my scripts that they have sent out a request to the doctor, phone calls have been made and still no refills absolutely a waste of time. I wouldn't even rate them a one star.I honestly think it's a delay tactic on their part they simply don't have enough good help to make the refills on time. It should not take three drive overs to the pharmacy for nothing.Still nothing continue to wait.

This place is wonderful I had easy access to all of my desired items and all the staff was willing to help me out. The cashier Colman was happy to help me carry out some waters to my car out front.

The store, itself, looks nice enough, but there are issues that make this my last choice for a pharmacy. As pictured, the bathroom is unusable. I've heard this from others, so I know it wasn't just this one day. Most pharmacies don't have bathrooms, and I would count this as one of them. Also, there always seem to be long lines to check out at the pharmacy despite plenty of staff. The people are nice, but after seeing this bathroom and waiting forever to check out it's not quite enough to be nice.

Worst CVS pharmacy they lost two different prescriptions two different doctors sent over and then magically found one I will be transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens down the road
