“I went in yesterday morning and asked a question to the older gentleman who was putting out meat in the butcher shop. He grumbled, "Sir, everything is out." This answer had nothing to do with my question. I asked again and he turned his back to me while he stocked the display. He then returned three times with his cart to fill the display. Clearly, everything was not out. He was beyond rude to me. I returned late in the afternoon and a tall, young man was in the same spot. He has always been very helpful to me. I asked him for help and he was as gracious as ever. That older man could learn a lot from this nice young man.”
