Phils is awesome. I spent hours calling around other propane providers to figure out the best rate. All the other providers had hidden usage fees, tank setting fees, etc. Phils was the most straight forward pricing model.
Then, they were very timely with our service. The guys that showed up, Bruce and another technician, were so nice, took the time to teach us how to read/shut off the tank, and left the place looking better than it was.
So glad we went with Phils

We have been using Phil's for our home in Warren. Always great, but last week a Phil's truck slowly going down my street stopped and handed me a dog treat for my little Portuguese Water Dog as we walked along! What a sweet thing to do. Such a nice person. Thank you!

I have been using Phills Propane for a few years now. They are always kind and very helpful. Whenever I call for a delivery they are always here within 3 days. Their website is customer portal is very easy to use as well. I HIGHLY recommend Phil’s Propane.

Amazing workmanship!!Phil's installed a propane line into my house. This required drilling through a 16 inch thick wall of granite and concrete, with some rebar added in to make things even more challenging.Mike and Kevin first determined how to do this with the least amount of damage to the granite exterior, then Mike made a small pilot hole that just knocked out a very small piece of granite, then he made the larger and final hole, which took tremendous strength to hold and control the drill and then guide it around a piece of rebar.With the hole drilled, Mike did the pipe fitting inside with a neat, straight run and left everything looking great both inside and out.Phil's has terrific staff!

Rude uncooperative staff. Not for the customers needs and more for there own needs. Never had a pleasant conversation with anyone in over 20 years. Thankfully I’m moving away and no longer have to deal with them. Good riddance.
