“Nice Post office very convenient ly located with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. There's several small parks in the immediate vicinity also. If you need a PO box, best get your order in asap, as it can't take quite a long time to process through and become available.”
“Always had first-rate service at this post office. Most of the employees have a sense of humor, which is outstanding for a post office. Stamps envelopes and other mailing materials available. You can even get a PO box here if you get on the waiting list and live in town. Handy chea- there's two drive-through mail boxes a little up the road from this location if you've just got things to mail. Check the photo.”

“Whoever was answering the front desk phones today (3/4) in the Swansea MA post office is an amazing human being! I accidentally put in the wrong address to ship two items and didn’t realize it until they were almost being delivered!
I called and not only was he extremely polite but he took down my information and helped me with the problem! One of the packages already arrived no problem! Thank you so much!
USPS has been under so much pressure and I’m sure they deal with rude phone calls and problems all day... but despite that this person still helped me solve a problem very important to me in such a kind manor and I am so thankful!

“I have to give a shout out to the manager of this branch office, Victor, and two of his employees, Mike and Ken. In my experience, these three men will go that extra step (and with courtesy and a smile) to help you out if you have any problems with your mail carrier and/or delivery. I have no worries should I incur another postal issue with them being stationed at this branch office of the USPS. Thank you all.”

He used to service me when he was at the F.R Branch close to Eastern Ave across from the high rise.

“I don't know why all these bad reviews. I'm handicapped in a wheelchair and the staff here has always been very helpful. Always have a pen that I can use, also in the back there's 2 tables both of which have pens. Never had an issue getting a money order always have them. Great customer service at least with me.”

“I don’t know the delivery man’s name but he went above and beyond to deliver 3 boxes of heavy books to my upstairs door. He even put them inside my door when I greeted hm . I live on Anthony Rd , Portsmouth. I told him he deserves 5 stars so here it is and again thank you so much!”
“You cannot just give a return parcel/package to the mail carrier for returns anymore. You have to go online to USPS and reserve a day for pickup. Pretty easy to do and usually its next day pickup. They also email you to tell you that your package was picked up. There's several pickup options like requesting the mail carrier knock on your door.”

“They are always pleasant and helpful. This one time I brought in a package and I unknowingly wrote down the zip code wrong, right city, wrong zip. He picked it up right away the last 2 numbers were switched. Right away he showed me the error, looked it up and corrected the error and it would be delivered the next day. Yes they are very helpful and kind.”
