“Nice Post office very convenient ly located with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. There's several small parks in the immediate vicinity also. If you need a PO box, best get your order in asap, as it can't take quite a long time to process through and become available.”
“The staff at this post office are kind. Unlike Dartmouth on Faunce Corner lol. I do wish they had a direct line like other reviewers. It's ridiculous that USPS only puts a general number when our questions are obviously quick and for the local office, i.e. checking that the package is actually there for pickup.”
“I visited this post office this morning to process my passport paperwork and get my photo taken. The gentleman behind the counter was so sweet and kind. He was patient with me and helped me choose the correct way to apply for my passport. I've been to 2 other post offices about this (not for myself) and neither of them were as kind and thorough as he was. Thank you, grey mustachioed man, for making my morning!”

“Whoever was answering the front desk phones today (3/4) in the Swansea MA post office is an amazing human being! I accidentally put in the wrong address to ship two items and didn’t realize it until they were almost being delivered!
I called and not only was he extremely polite but he took down my information and helped me with the problem! One of the packages already arrived no problem! Thank you so much!
USPS has been under so much pressure and I’m sure they deal with rude phone calls and problems all day... but despite that this person still helped me solve a problem very important to me in such a kind manor and I am so thankful!

“Small and nice Post Office with a great view and very polite workers who greet you and help you with any questions or concerns you may have ! It has a parking lot and wheelchair parking and enterance ! Very clean and quiet and never really too many people in there at once. I give it 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌔
“I don't know why all these bad reviews. I'm handicapped in a wheelchair and the staff here has always been very helpful. Always have a pen that I can use, also in the back there's 2 tables both of which have pens. Never had an issue getting a money order always have them. Great customer service at least with me.”
“I just want to give the biggest shout out to Lou for all of his help, kindness, and patience he just gave me to mail my package overseas. He was very professional, friendly, and gave me advice that helped make the process smoother and more efficient on both our ends, all while being quite timely. I honestly cannot say how thankful I am, especially being from out of town, for the experience I just had and would recommend this post office to anyone needing postal service. Also, a thank you, if you ever read this, to the gentleman who offered his assistance in helping me to package up my box for shipping. “I don’t know the delivery man’s name but he went above and beyond to deliver 3 boxes of heavy books to my upstairs door. He even put them inside my door when I greeted hm . I live on Anthony Rd , Portsmouth. I told him he deserves 5 stars so here it is and again thank you so much!”
“I’ve never had any issues here. Granted sometimes I have to wait but it’s never been more than 10 minutes. The service has always been good too. I see there are a lot of complaints about how they’re rude. I find that odd. They’re not rude to me at all. I have seen very rude and demanding customers though. So maybe staff gets what they give and the people complaining need to chill and try to comprehend that life doesn’t revolve around them. Just a thought.
Only problem I could see at this place, and I could very well be wrong, is that I don’t think it’s handicapped accessible. I haven’t seen any ramps or lifts and a few times I’ve had to go in and buy stamps for a women with a walker.”

“I’ve shipped out a lot of orders for my business and have been dropping them off at this post office since 2020. I’ve only ever had good experiences here. The staff has changed over the years but they’ve all been very professional and always happy to help. I prefer to go to this location vs others I’ve had to go to because of necessity. Also, USPS has never lost a package for me in these last six years. While other carriers have. Definitely my go to mail service.”
