“Due to an unexpected loss in the family, the past few months have mostly involved dealing with estate issues. There have been a few fabulous vendors who have assisted us. I first contacted Mike's Oil during the summer to stop further deliveries on the estate house. I then had to contact them to get paperwork for the closing. Nancy in the office was very helpful and told what to do. I had the paperwork the same day. Lastly a few days before the closing, we noticed the house was cold despite turning on the heat. We called, got an appointment within 2 hours same day. Mike who is familiar with the house came, checked everything, found and fixed the nozzle problem and then we had heat. He helped me set the thermostat so that it was on a low enough temp to prevent pipe freeze but also keep house warm enough. Great service!”

“I was looking for a new propane company just for my generator and I had two tanks to supply it. I own the tanks which some companies don’t even wanna bother with you cause they can’t lease them to you. Phills had no problem with that. All I had to do is, I had to prove that I own the tanks and they made the process simple and easy. Also setting me up on automatic payment once the process was done in the office. People were so kind I had to call to . make sure everything was good to go on there end for paperwork wise that I scanned it through and they had it it was quick and easy They promised me a delivery the next day the gentleman was at my home at 7 AM which I was so impressed and he was very very kind between the staff in the office and the driver that I got to come to my home. I know I’m with the right company because they treat you like family even the owner got involved which you don’t see today so if you’re looking for a company that makes you feel more than just a customer but family call them they also said that if I had a power outage, give them a call in that if it was more than a day they would be here that day or the next day and I would assured not to be left without propane and have my generator running at all times no matter the storm I I totally believe them just by the customer service I received from the people in the office. They were outstanding so I will be recommending them to family and friends so if you’re looking for a Propane company call Phills and you will be happy and satisfied as I was
