If you need a dependable, expert on car repair, this is the place to bring your car. Between Glen and Keith, whatever the problem, they will fix it. I have been a customer for 20+years and look forward to the next 20.

Absolutely the most rude and dismissive a****** I have seen in the service industry. Don't bother, it's obvious they don't want your business.

Let me start by saying this, finding a trustworthy mechanic is HARD. The guys at Sakkonet are the only people I let touch my Jeep. They are always up front about what needs doing and what is just a suggestion. They are quick and realistic in their time frames. The owner is a little gruff but, in a good 'dad's friend ' kinda way and I can't say it enough, a straight shooter. Give em a go.

Glen is very helpful. In all honesty my girl arranges the work to be done because Glen works on her Jeep. He does a good job on my Jeep as well. .

I agree with Jessica, who also recently reviewed this place. I would give it a ZERO stars if it was possible. I would never step foot in this joint. I called about a week ago to set up an inspection and no one answered the phone initially, no voicemail, but not a huge deal. I called again and was told I needed to call and speak to the owner to set it up. No offer to have him call me. Again, not a huge deal, but foretelling of the (lack of) professionalism that was to come... I called again and was given an earful by the owner about what a waste of time it would be for him to do the inspection "I only make $6 on it, so you must bring cash or a check, I don't take cards or I would only make $3". It is not worth it to me." I'm not sure why he felt the need to disclose this information to me... but I digress. I ask about how long the appointment will take. I'm told after I tell him my car is relatively new (4 yrs old) with no obvious issues "everyone thinks their car will pass and has no issues, but they always do." Ok, I leave it at that. Until... I went in to another establishment to have my windshield wipers replaced in the interim... the kid installing them ends up cracking my windshield (now I have less than 2 weeks until said inspection is due). I call on the next business day to let the gentleman (I use this term loosely) know that I'm unsure how to now proceed. I called at least 4 or 5 times at all different times of day to try and be courteous in event I SHOULD cancel the appointment. Again, I never get an answer. The next day, I call again and someone answers, I ask if it is the owner, realizing that he is the only one I am "supposed to" talk with about this matter. He will not identify himself. He tells me "too many people want to talk with him and he doesn't want to talk to them." I tell him about what has transpired. He tells me "I'm not the one who did it. I have inspections on my own cars, I'm not worried about your car." He begins laughing. I am perplexed by the way the owner received and handled my simple request. What should I do in this circumstance; should I still have the inspection, anticipating it will not pass? And if I do, I'll need to see this unprofessional clown more than once. I tell him I don't find it funny. I tell him how I tried calling the previous day and didn't get through. I know he deals with this all the time, but I don't and I'm trying to figure out what to do. He tells me "I don't care what you do, we always answer except during lunch hour and we don't answer when the car is on a lift, I don't want to drop a car to answer a call. I've been in business 40 years. We answer." So he is suggesting I'm lying, I suppose. He starts screaming "why don't you call me another 5x, I have your appointment in the books; come or don't come, I don't care!" And the clincher, (are you ready?) he hangs up on me. The Owner was incredibly rude, condescending dismissive and completely unprofessional. Clearly he didn't want my business. I obviously didn't go to the appointment, he didn't even give me the chance to respond that I wouldn't be there. Instead, I went to Sun gas station, just a little way away, where they know how to treat customers. The gentleman who I met there was pleasant, efficient and helpful. The complete opposite experience that I had with this shop. Good luck staying in business with your attitude, unkind sir.

Never in my life will I go back to this establishment. I am completely dumbfounded by the way the owner received and handled my simple inquiry. A car inspection. Owner was rude, dismissive and ended up using a number of expletives as "I wasted 10 minutes of his time". It was barely 2 minutes to have this man scream and yell at me. I was so glad I wasn't there with my 3 children. Just shameful.

Took our car there, the price to repair was high. Let them do the repair and they never even fixed the PROBLEM! The car started doing the same exact thing the next day!, took it back to them to fix it right (since I had already paid them to fix it!) they told me some BS about it being something different wrong and wanting MORE money to fix it! I told them no way, took my car the Uncle Henry's where they fixed it right and at a lower price! I'd steer clear of this place, they didn't make things right when they messed up.
