Our two sons attended Sakonnet Early Learning Center. They had a wonderful experience. The staff and director were caring and provided an exceptional educational experience. In addition the summer program was engaging and both boys did not want to leave at the end of the day.

My child has been at SELC for 4 weeks now and our experience has been nothing short of awesome! The owner and the assistant director are professional, responsive, and enthusiastic about their roles and their school. The teachers plan excellent lessons and link everything to their curriculum. We are very pleased with our decision to send our child to SELC.

My kids have been going to Sakonnet Early Learning Center for 5 years. They have loved it, great caregivers. They really put an emphasize on teaching the children as well as caring for them. The owner really loves what she does and keeps the families very involved. Could not say more great things about them.

Both of my girls made it through from toddler room to Pre-K at SELC! The flexible hours, great staff and cozy home inclusive feel assure me that it was a great choice to help raise my babies in such impressionable years.

Our daughter spent 3 years at Sakonnet Early Learning Center and benefited greatly from the caring teachers, great kids and community, thoughtful curriculum/ learning, and playtime for exploration and being a kid. We greatly appreciate and recommend Sakonnet Early Learning Center!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Sakonnet Early Learning Center. My daughter went there for two year when she was two and three. Both programs were great. I never felt worried leaving her one day. She learned great skills and the facilities are very clean and well kept. The staff and leadership is truly wonderful and excel at communication. Finding quality childcare can be challenging and we were lucky to find SELC!

My family and I visit Little Compton every summer and for the past 3 years my daughter has attended Sakonnet early Learning’s summer program. We have all loved the teachers, facility, and fun, special things they plan for the kids. My daughter loves water and bike days and the field trips!! I feel that she is safe, well attended and is able to work on her school skills in a fun, relaxed summer environment.

This school is wonderful. As a first-time-mom, I tend toward hypervigilance, and they're so accommodating and understanding, always putting my fears to rest, and listening to my concerns. Also their staff is nurturing and kind, and my daughter thrives there (in fact, she usually doesn't want to leave when I pick her up!). Highly recommend!

My boys LOVE it here! They often get mad when it is not a 'school day!' Teachers and the leadership team are amazing, everyone is caring and always willing to do what is in the best interest of the child! My boys have been to other centers in the past and the smiles on their faces now when they are picked up are leaps and bounds beyond their smiles in the past. At SELC everyone gets individualized care while still maintaining all state regulations! TEAM SELC!

This school is absolutely amazing. Every single staff member creates a welcoming and family oriented atmosphere that makes both the kids and families feel a part of a larger family. There is not one single complaint that I could say about our location, and I am beyond happy I chose the school for our growing family! They challenge and push my children to be the best they can be and also give them love and attention exactly when they need it most. A part of my heart will forever be with this school and it’s staff.You all are truly wonderful. <3

My son attended this daycare/preschool from 18 months until he started school. After that he did after school care and weeks of summer camp here.He was a shy toddler and the teachers here worked wonders and were so patient with him. He thoroughly enjoyed his time at Sakonnet and all the teachers there. My family highly recommends this daycare/preschool!!

Love this center. The classrooms are well organized and safe for all age group. The lesson plans are done age appropriate and its a happy place for children. Definitely recommend it.

I love this place. They do so many fun things with the kids, like playing with shaving cream, my mom did that with me when I was little. The rooms are so neat and clean and everyone is very friendly. I feel very fortunate that we found this school and that they run all summer.
