I brought my car in for service last week. I was charged almost $800 for an oil change. Then they wanted me to replace parts that were not broken. They stated the repair takes 6 hours when the service manual has it 3.2 and my mechanic performed this in a little over 2. When I approached this with them, they stated they did nothing wrong!

After dealing with Viti Mercedes for over 20 years with the same great salesperson, that should tell you all you need to know about their dealership, sales staff and their service department. I recently purchased two vehicles from them, and although under serious construction, they made the deal very pleasant, maintained a clean sales area and waiting room and provided parking for customers amid the chaos of the construction project. They should be commended!

Went in for B1 service and recall. Was easy drop off. When we picked up the car we got home we received a letter that our inspection was overdue and expiring in five days. We called our local mechanic to get it done fast but when we went to bring it we realized VITI already did it. Which was greatly appreciated

Have an electrical problem with my 2009 SL550 so I take it to a Mercedes dealership thinking it would be the right place to go to get it fixed, wrong. They want 8 hours with a technician at $180 bucks an hour to troubleshoot and try to find the problem. They want $550 bucks to put in a $225 dollar battery. $2,000 and then whatever it would cost with what they find if they find it. This tells me to stay away from Mercedes because if something goes wrong out of warranty then you will need to finance the repair charge they will give you. I was told the rate was the rate and there was nothing else they could do. I paid $179 bucks for them to tell me to take a hike. Not the customer service I was hoping for or expecting. I will figure it out but disappointed in how much of a money grab Mercedes dealerships are. If you are not buying new with a warranty be careful because not only could they not figure it out but they want a lot of money and time to try and figure it out.

Danny and Co did a super job working on my S Class. They picked up my car, repaired it (damaged tires and squeaky brakes) and returned it to me. Special shout out to the drivers who do the work but get very little credit for being class-acts and client facing people.

Almost 2 years ago we bought our 4th Mercedes from Viti, Used but Certified with a clean Carfax along with an extended warranty. We had been doing business with Viti for a good 10 years. When trying to trade the car in we discovered that the car Viti sold us had been in a major accident, rendering the car impossible to sell. Clearly there was no justification for Viti to do such a dirty deal. My husband believed it to be an honest error in their part. Getting them to do the right thing for fraudulently selling him the Certified car was not pleasant. However my husband was able to negotiate a deal that he could live with and traded the dirty car for another Certified S550. He chose the car he hated least in order to dump the lemon. He paid top dollar for the S550. Less than 3 weeks later Viti had a car that he really liked. He was happy that he thought he would be able to own a car he liked a lot more and was sure Viti would treat he right. Instead Viti wanted to make 7 thousand on the exchange. My husband had the car for 2 weeks, they were completely negligent selling him the dirty Certified car, he had the car detailed and made improvements, and Viti would not even meet him half way. He offered to split the difference. Viti would not budge. Until last week he did not want me to tell anyone because he didn't want to darken Viti's reputation. They should be ashamed of themselves for the way they have treated a loyal customer. I gave them 1 star too many. I'm so disappointed in Viti because I believed them to be a car dealer with integrity. I was wrong and I'm very disappointed.

Hands down the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. Angelo was my salesman and he's excellent! Zero pressure or pushiness and he got me the deal I asked for right from the start without any back and forth. I was shocked! From start to finish I think I was in and out in less than 1.5hrs. Also everyone I met was friendly and professional. Couldn't be happier.

I purchased my GLC a month ago. At the time of purchase I was assured( as in past purchases) that service was completed on the vehicle and ready for delivery. The day I test drove the vehicle, I asked what was wrong with the breaks and the salesman told me the car was completely service. Well, turns out the car needed breaks. I have had the car for 1 month and the car has a shimmy and breaking is still not correct. Viti has had my vehicle for 5 days. I contact the maintenance department and was told "just a little rust on the breaks"! "The car did sit on the lot since October"! Really?? WTF I was told the car had been gone through top to bottom by the sales person! I have purchased vehicles from Viti in the past and have always serviced my cars there. Sadly, there's a breakdown in customer service. Maybe you need to spend 100k to be treated better than 52k. I thought this was the last of the Customer Service Perfect Companies. Guess that's gone out the window too!

Brought my car in for a service and they cracked my windshield. When I brought it to their attention they acknowledged that it did get cracked in their possession. Their solution..... "how about we split the cost with you?" Usually receive good service, not sure what happened this time around. Left two voicemails to talk to management in the following days, never got a call back.

Viti Mercedes and Volvo are THE best dealerships for these two brands in the tri-state area and probably beyond. Their staff are the kindest people, extremely accommodating and overall just the best. Brian at the Mercedes dealership is the best salesperson I've ever worked with in my life. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to do business with Mercedes-Benz.
