I bought a car from Viti in December and I couldn’t be more disappointed with every aspect of the sale process from the time I bought the car until after I got it home. My transaction involved getting a check for the trade in and the salesperson told me the check was in the mail more than one time when it wasn’t. Finally it was overnighted to us after a call to the manager, but after at least one week of lying about it. Also, when I picked up my car the salesperson did not go over the features with me, not one thing. When I did call the vice president with my concerns he said he would send a salesperson to my house to show me how to use the car. When she texted me she asked me for my mother’s social security number for the car i had traded in. That is so rude and unprofessional and the vice president said he would find out why and told me it was because they had not received the title from the trade in. That is not my problem and the salesperson had nothing to do with any part of the transaction so to ask me that was just plain rude. Also, since the car I was trading in was under my mother’s name the check was written out to her. They issued the check without her coming in to the dealership and signing papers. When I mentioned this to the vice president he said the manager said she was at the dealership which was a complete lie. I had always used Viti for service and was completely satisfied, but now I will never return.

Everyone I ever dealt with in service is always extremely friendly, accommodating, efficient, and thorough. By far best service I’ve ever experienced with a vehicle.

Seamus in service is always a pleasure to work with. Starter issue on a medium millage vehicle he was able to navigate Volvo corporate to make the situation right. Always good clear communication.

I purchased my XC60 two years ago at Viti, the sales experience with Liz Mulroy was terrific and the service from Seamus White has been first-class. It's my second Volvo and it will not be my last.

Had a fantastic experience at Viti Volvo! I worked with Matt for about a month to find the exact certified pre-owned XC90. He really came through! I absolutely love it! He was patient with the questions and very helpful - we never felt that awkward sales pressure. He took the time to thoroughly look over the car to make sure everything was in perfect condition for us, which we really appreciated. The team is very easy to communicate with via text and email. Overall great experience with purchasing a car here!

Wife and I met with Matt Mayer who was amazing to work with. Low pressure and knowledgable. We decided to purchase and every stage along the way went smooth. Jason in finance was great to work with as well. Would highly recommend the team at Viti Volvo!

From initial phone call to schedule a service visit, to having the keys given to me when it was completed, the experience was extremely positive: very nice people, a comfortable waiting area. And they even washed the car!

You may forget what people tell you, but you will never forget how they made you feel. I visited the dealership over the weekend and my experience was great, until I was leaving the building. On my way out, I overheard the sales manager discussing the offer I made on a vehicle as if it were insulting. It's all about perception, and he made me feel like just making an offer was foolish. It really ruined the trip to the dealership, and I felt embarrassed. Afterwards, I reached out to the sales rep and the manager called me to apologize. He told me that it was a misunderstanding, and that I took what he said out of context. Honestly, I do not believe the apology was sincere but more so, damage control.

This was my first purchase of a used car over the internet. Angelo made the process quick, easy and comfortable. And he found me a low cost delivery service to Pittsburgh, PA. After delivery, Angelo quickly solved any problems I found with the car. Very happy with my 2019 CLS.

Although local mechanics are less expensive after 23 years of having our vehicles serviced at Viti, they are reliable and honest.

First time VITI Volvo customer and don’t know if I was more impressed with the experience, or the car itself. LIZ (sales) is very knowledgeable and explained Volvo features I didn’t even know about. The car (clearly NOT your grandmother’s Volvo) is very impressive with standard options I’ve had to pay extra for in the past and the turbo does not disappoint! Zero hesitation when getting on/off highways and tricky commutes to Boston are less stressful knowing all the safety features of a Volvo. This is an awesome ride! JASON (finance) was great to work with. Next time I’m in the market I’m heading to VITI Volvo looking to LIZ & JASON for help! Highly recommend you check out VITI Volvo yourself.

I bought a 2018 Audi A5 Sportback for my son on 1/18/2023 and the car was delivered to us in NH 3 days later without title. I'm still waiting for the title to register the car. Neither Jason the sales manager nor Liz the sales person returned my multiple calls regarding this matter. Not even a courteous call back to update the situation, nada. Are they allow to sell cars without title in RI? Will update this review...

I was very pleased with the work done by Viti Volvo. It was a big job. I was grateful for the loaner car and the pick up and delivery. I must also mention the attentive service and care by Phil.Thank you very much. I love the Volvo.

Outstanding service from Viti Volvo and Greg Flynn. I recently had an issue with my 2021 XC60, my front brakes started grinding at 18,000 miles come to find out the front caliper had collapsed and cause metal on metal wear. The dealer that sold me my Volvo couldn’t accommodate a service request for over a month and I had previously used them for the last 10 years for service on my last 4 Volvos. I called Viti and spoke to Greg he was able to accommodate me in less than a week to make the repairs, they picked up and dropped off the car to me and left me an S90 for a loaner vehicle. Greg kept me informed thru the entire process and resolved the issue quickly. 5 Stars to Viti Volvo and Greg Flynn.
