“Gary and his wife jing were both very friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my shark vacuum in for repair and while I was there, i inquired about the vacuums he sells. he took the time to tell me about them. He never once tried to sell me anything but I can say my next vacuum will come from them. I like that his vacuums can be easily repaired and come with a 10yr warranty vs what this shark from home depot comes with and the price is right there with what I paid for this shark. But for the service I did have done he did an awesome job and even cleaned the vacuum for me and it cost me less than I was expecting. so that was great. I have 2 dogs and 4 young kids so not having a vacuum is a problem for me but Gary had me up running in no time. thank you Gary and jing for the excellent service..”
