“Let's face it, buying a new(or used) vehicle from a dealership is usually not a pleasant experience. I came here after my Ford was totaled in an accident and my wife and I were interested in a Mazda CX-5. In sales I worked with the team of Lucas and Jason. They were extremely helpful while not being pushy like at the other big Mazda dealerships in the area. Since the model we were looking for was not in stock, we ended up getting a certified pre owned CX-5 rather than paying for a more expensive model that included a bigger engine or moonroof that we didn't want. Besides Jason and Lucas Cody in finance was very helpful and personable, as was Anthony who appeared to be a supervisor of some sort. Cody was not your typical finance guy trying to push us into buying ad ons that would boost the price of the vehicle by thousands. I would tell any of my friends in the area looking for a Mazda to visit Flood before going to that other large dealership that starts with a T. It's certainly worth the drive from the Providence area.”

“This is where to go when you've tried elsewhere - without results. Excited for my first trip thru the carwash with my newly acquired sports car. Shocked to see water pouring into the passenger floor footwell. First, I took it another shop to get the car's water drains cleaned. They said, sorry, "drains are all clear". We don't know what the problem is." Then I took it to Art's Automotive in Jamestown. Done! He explained there are different levels of drains & the lower levels were still plugged. Problem solved. Experience counts!”
