βMy absolute favorite hardware store! Iβve been coming here for years and they never disappoint. Super friendly staff, dog friendly, they cut keys really fast! Plus If they donβt have what you need, they can probably order it. They are also friendly on the phone.β
βSalk's Ace hardware on West Shore Rd is the best neighborhood hardware store I've been to. It's so convenient and they have almost everything I need. The staff are all so helpful & patient! I sometimes give awful explanations of what I need & they always help me figure it out lol.β
βCan almost always get a decent deal on something at Harbor Freight. There's some things I buy that I don't need to spend crazy money on so Harbor Freight comes in clutch. This is only my 2nd or 3rd time visiting this location and I will say the floor plan and organizing of this location is not great. Everything is just scattered and in random areas instead of having all similar items grouped together. That's my only complaint really is that you have to walk every isle sometimes to find what you're looking for because it's not with other items like it. Only other thing I didn't care for was how narrow the isle were so when it's busy or you have a shopping cart, it's extremely difficult to navigate the store and isles. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is easy to get to with plenty of parking.β
βI needed belt holes punched and had no idea where to go until I called Union Commercial Co. He informed me that he was able to do that with a special hole puncher he had, so I brought my designer belt in and got two holes punched! He didnβt even charge me. Very nice and helpful! 10/10 would recommend.β

βWent into Seekonk store looking for carhartt bibs they didn't have the size I was looking for I asked them if they could order me a pair in my size and that's when the manager on duty Joeana came over to me and the wonderful associate that was helping me and said let's check other stores first woonsocket had the one I was looking for but I didn't want to go there then joeana said I live out that way I'll be glad to go pick them up and bring them here for you she went above and beyond to help me so therefore I would highly recommend this store to anyone they all went out of there way to help us great job wish I could give you 10 starsβ

I spoke with Luke and explained that I really would like to see it in person before I buy it. One was ordered and assembled for me to view. I loved it! The new Char-Broil gas/charcoal grill. Not only was it put together for me, he delivered it and hauled away my old grill. Luke was superior in every way. Your lucky to have him!β

βI like Harbor Freight Tools because of their selection and prices. Normally I would give this store 5 stars, but on this particular visit, I spent a lot of time in misdirection! Two different employees gave me two different answers as to where the tool that i wanted, was located. Both of them were wrong. But as I was leaving, a third employee asked if he could help me and I told him that the store was obviously out of the hand-held propane heater I needed, so no thank you. Incredibly, he went straight to the location and handed me the heater!! As more employees are better trained, my score will improve back to 5 stars. I will certainly continue to shop at Harbor Freight Tools.β
βWe went here to get some ideas for our bathroom because we are remodeling it. We also wanted to compare prices to the big box stores to get the most bang for our buck.. we were happy with what we saw and ended up going to the East Providence location to buy our vanity only because the order at the Warwick location was 10 days late with an unknown arrival time. There is a lot to see here, great prices and selection. Worth it if you're in the market for bathroom, kitchen or window ideas.β

These work spectacular now. A friend of mine recently bought a set after using mine and it looks like on the box, it has that you need a fast drill and a speed chart now. Very satisfied overall.β

βHome Depot has gone above and beyond to help. I'm currently battling cancer and went to Home Depot to buy a plant to cheer me up. I careless left my wallet with my id and health insurance card in it at Home Depot. I need my id and health insurance card to get my chemotherapy. The entire staff were extremely helpful and understanding in my situation. Just want to say thank you for their willingness to help me find it. They could have easily told me it wasn't there and walked away.β
βI greatly appreciated that an associate dedicated the greater portion of an hour to assist me in a DIY solution...not because it would financially benefit their company...but because they genuinely wanted to help me solve a problem I explicitly didn't want Amazon to fix.β
