“I was with MyDaughter and my grandchild have walking through the doors I was looking around and the furniture were beautiful. I found the store absolutely enticing. I came upon Danny Cox and I told him exactly what I wanted. I was looking for a reclining couch with wide arms so I could set my iPad on the side arm and watch TV and work on my iPad and he took me directly to all the reclining sofas And they were beautiful. “Peter was very helpful but not overly pushy when we were looking for a couch and chair. He came over and explained about the furniture, where it came from, how it was made etc. We were able to look through all the fabric to find the perfect pattern for our couch and chair. They have England furniture which is a company by La-Z-Boy. Overall, great experience and would highly recommend.”
“I worked mostly with Kiel, but also with Joe, and both were exceptional. They were super-patient and never rushed me to make hasty decisions for my big purchases. They were also super-helpful in terms of the logistics (Will this fit in my room? What are the correct measurements? How will I pay for this?). Both really knew their stuff. Best of all, there was NO obnoxious sales pressure. To compare, I had also browsed at Raymour & Flannigan and was swarmed by a sales guy as soon as I walked through the door. He hovered like a shadow while I looked around, which made me uncomfortable and it was awkward. He even directly asked me, "So you want this?" referring to a pricey couch even though I expressed zero interest in purchasing at that time. None of this happened at Cardi's which is why they got the sale. Lastly, the delivery guys Keith and Dominic worked a few miracles squeezing the new furniture into my narrow doorways!”
“Not a fan of Cardis and their high pressure salespeople. Then I went to this local store and met Bob. He listened to what I was looking for in a mattress. Showed me the best options (and not just the most expensive items on the floor) and patiently explained to me what I needed for my body type and sleep patterns. What a wonderful experience! Also of note the delivery guys were super nice. If you want a low key experience go here and only deal with Bob”
