Now this old board that was a gift from my husbands maternal grandmother to his father can hang proudly on the wall where it deserves. Thank you so much! “Jala is wonderful! I don't usually write reviews, but this place is really special. The owner is so welcoming and friendly, the space is bright and cheerful, and the views of the river, especially during sunset, are lovely. Most of all, if you possibly can, take a class with the marvelous David. His teaching was transformative. I entered the studio tense and distracted and even before class started I was relaxed, laughing, calm, and focused. His energy is amazing. He is so clearly delighted to be doing what he's doing, and that delight is contagious. I won't try to list all the ways he brought energy, joy, fun and playfulness to the practice because I don't want to give away any surprises plus my attempt to record it probably wouldn't capture its magic anyway. I'll just note that he had us moving through a wide series of vigorous postures including balances and a couple inversions, and yet unlike in other classes I've taken that featured these, I wasn't bothered for one moment by the fact that many of them were beyond my capabilities. He provided alternatives for all of the more advanced poses and more importantly, kept a sense of humor and perspective front and center about all of it. In summary, in these challenging times, David's class is a bright, shining, party oasis in the desert. What are you waiting for? Go take his class! (or another class at the studio if his isn't available)”

It looks great! They also repaired a valuable frame and replaced the glass of a sentimentally priceless piece given to me by mother. Both were handled with great care and came out perfectly. “Visited this place for the first time this Memorial Day weekend. They have a lot of very nice art here and the owners are wonderful people. One of the owners has his workshop there and he makes some amazing pieces as well. The building is also their residence so the garden out back is more of their stuff but it's very nicely done with some fantastic views. Owners are very friendly and fun to talk to. Highly recommend to stop in for a look around.”
