Barnes & Noble is an impeccably organized store with a vast array of merchandise aside from books. There is something for everyone, including a puzzles and games section, a records section, and a cafe where one can enjoy treats and drinks. There are lots of different books that are very good choices for kids and adults alike. It is a lovely place to wander. The customer service professionalism and organization of the store is truly amazing. Staff are described as kind, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, professional, friendly, and a joy to talk to. They provide helpful recommendations and assistance. The store is noted for having something for everyone in an environment that serves as a beacon of hope, opposing the banning of books.
Polite and kind help. Great service when I called. My book was put up front with my name on it so I could just run in and grab it. The place was fairly busy.

Large store loaded with books. Biggest selection of magazines anywhere! Kids section is amazing and has a play area.
