This is the most impeccably organized Barnes and Noble I have ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot! I loved the puzzles and games section, as well as the records section. Lovely place to wander.

I had an amazing experience at the Barnes & Noble in Warwick, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Suzanne in the children’s book section. She was an absolute world of help—kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She spent time with me going through different options, making thoughtful recommendations, and helping me find exactly what I was looking for (plus a few hidden gems I wouldn’t have thought to grab). You can tell she truly cares about what she does. Professional, friendly, and just a joy to talk to. I left with a stack of books and a smile on my face. Thank you, Suzanne—you made my day!

There is something for everyone at Barnes & Noble. There is a vast array of merchandise, aside from books. There is a cafe where one can enjoy treats and drinks. I would have given them 5 stars, but for the lack of assistance on the floor and a dessert item my daughter did not enjoy.

I have been going to this particular store for awhile now, the customer service professionalism and organization of this store is truly amazing Kristen Fernandes is such a great and wonderful person with so much professionalism, Barnes and Nobel you are truly lucky to have her you do not want her to get away, she is a great asset to your company.
