I would not recommend going to cap city worst experience I have ever had the owner was very rude and disrespectful and treats his customers like garbage. They put a ladder rack and truck tool boxes on my truck and it was the worst job I have ever seen I highly recommend everyone to stay away

Received what I paid for they found me a discount, not happy with a snarky person behind the counter. Place needs a major cleaning windows are dirty dust everywhere Rusty signs and needs paint.

I came in and they showed me all of the options these days. I am partial to caps but not always a practical choice. I wanted security and flexibility. They hooked me up with a very sturdy convertible model that folds back for tall loads. They even installed a lock on the tailgate that uses my own key all in just a few hours. Thanks folks.

I got my plow here slightly cheaper than anyone else and I bought a new vehicle. He switched it over at an affordable price and this guy doesn’t mess around. He gets it done and he gets it done meet all the wires were super neat and professional I like this guy

We bought a commercial cap and ladder rack for 2 Nissan titans from cap city about a dozen years ago and they were fantastic then. I called yesterday to speak with Bonnie about another vehicle that we picked up and even though we were not able to find a cap that would work for it Bonnie answered all of my questions, and went out of her way to help me get information about other used caps even though there was no financial reason incentive for her to continue to help me. I would definitely is and I look forward to purchasing from them again soon.

Man what a great experience. From the moment I walked in the door Bonnie was fantastic. She communicated product details and advised on product choices. She was also great about communicating extended lead times due to supply chain issues which leveled my expectations and prepared me for any further delays. This turned out not to be an issue, with Bonnie calling me two weeks early with the good news that the cap was in. The entire staff was great pulling my truck up to the front providing easy access. Great quality only trumped by their amazing customer service. Will recommend to friends, family and colleagues without hesitation!
