“I rented from another location but couldn’t get a hold of anyone to ask if debit was ok. Teddy was great. Informed me the location I reserved at doesn’t accept credit unless you have a flight. “I've always had good service with Enterprise, and this time was no exception. Jenna received me at the desk when I arrived and was friendly and efficient. The team who gave me the car was also friendly and helpful. Jenna attended me when I returned the car, with the same great attitude as her co-workers. The car was just what I needed and was in excellent condition. Hertz had run out of cars and doing business with Avis was awful. Thank you again to Jenna and her manager Stephen the night I arrived.”

“Rob the manager was very helpful and saved our vehicle even though we had struggles. He upgrade our large family to a Ford Edge with all of the bells and whistles. I wish it was more clear that this Hertz is not connected to the airport - we walked the skywalk (felt like miles) to Hertz at Airport only to find that this Hertz is off airport. Had to take a lift to get there and got our steps in walking back through the skywalk.”

“I love renting from Avis at the T. F. Green airport because of the convenience and reasonable fees. Several times a year, I am in need of a 12-passenger van to transport a team to events around the region, and Avis is one of the few companies that offers these vehicles. I am able to park in the airport long-term lot, walk over the sky-way, right to the rental desk to pick up my vehicle. I have never had a problem with their vehicles, and the staff have always been helpful, knowledgable, and accommodating. On my recent rental, when I arrived at the counter, I was informed that the party before me had damaged the van and it was not available. The folks at the desk tried to find me a van from one of the other rental companies, but nobody had one. That could have been a disaster. Luckily I was able to get a colleague to use a personal vehicle, and we made due by renting a minivan from Avis. The minivan was in immaculate condition and a very affordable alternative to the bigger vehicle.”
