I was unable to rent a car, however their customer service was wonderful. Ruben was very informative and considerate.

The rental process was easy. Extending the rental was the easiest by far. All you need is your reservation number and last name. The cost can't be beat. They even gave me a new car as a rental. They sent me a receipt for the exact price they quoted. I will definitely rent here again.
