“Being in a car accident is always going to suck. But working with Marlon and Emery turned my experience around. I appreciate their kindness and their diligence. I was already stressed because of my tires and how stripped they were and had gotten into a car accident. After bringing my car in, they gave me a call to let me know that my tires are completely bald. I was stressing because I knew once I picked up my car, I would need to look for tires. The call I got from Marlon was to tell me my insurance will cover two of my tires and I was so blessed to even get someone as kind and caring as Marlon and his crew at Warwick Auto Body.

“We had a very big repair with an AC evaporator in our 2021 A5. From the very start our service tech, Mike Burns, was thorough and very open about the extent of the repair. He work very hard to get as much of the repair covered by our after sale warranty company. I honestly would not have gotten as much covered if it weren't for him. The service itself went great, they had to remove the dash and windshield. Everything was put back together and the car returned completely cleaned. They even replaced the visor clip that has driven my wife crazy for weeks. Can not say enough good things about Mike and the whole service team at Audi Warwick.”

“pulled in for couple hours to change benz transmission fluid. easy job on a lift. would have been much harder and less safe on jacks at home. assistant helped me with tools and oil catch pan. they have many tools you might need and it is worth the lift fee. highly recommend.”

“I had been sent to J Poulos Automotive from someone local, my usual mechanic wouldn't touch the turbos in my vehicle because apparently they can be a hassle. The mechanic at J Poulos did a great job, was straight forward and informed me the issue wasn't all that bad. Only needed a valve and a line to be replaced running from the turbo, didn't need to replace the turbo. Overall problem was fixed and my vehicle was returned the same day, my car hasn't ran this smooth since I got it and with 100k miles on it I'm happy to say I know when I have an issue in the future, the guys at J Poulos will take good care of me. Honest, reliable and fairly priced mechanics are hard to find nowadays, I'm grateful for finding this place. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!!”

“Great experience. Steve greeted us and was very knowledgeable about the situation. He was polite, respectful and professional. He talked us through everything and then texted me a video of the car and what the problem was, so I could see it so it's not a mechanic shop who's going to try to sell you things that aren't real. After they found out the issues they sent an another text that had detailed information in it where I was able to approve and/or deny the different work they we're saying it needed. So they didn't just do unnecessary work and bill you for it. The work was done very satisfactory. The price was a tad higher than I have experienced in the past but he promised that was because he used a great parts that were guaranteed to last for years and if it didn't I could come back and he would make it right. If this changes I can change my review accordingly in the future but all in all there are five star establishment! Just like in the movie Tommy Boy it's important to get good guarantee. I trusted Steve and that was enough for me. If you're in the area or need a good mechanic bring it by J&S and tell him I sent you. Steve keep doing good work. J&S you earned a few new customers from my family. Thank you. 🙏”

“My check engine light came on, so I brought it to Auto Zone for a diagnostic check. Multiple codes came up, but the underlying issue was unclear to me. I called Ray's, and he was able to help immediately. My entire experience was top notch. Besides being taken in very quickly, we were treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect by both mechanics. An additional part was needed at the last minute, which typically would have warranted another appointment. Ray was able to obtain the part needed in a flash, had me return the same afternoon for installation. The overall price was extremely fair, and the work done was excellent. “My initial experience with Midas wasn't the best, in fact I picked up my vehicle after getting 1700$ of work done feeling more frustrated and having more dashboard lights lit up then before I dropped it off. I was so upset with the lights on my dash and the weird sound coming from my car that my initial post was a rage rating 1 star. We brought my vehicle back to Midas 48 hours later and they fixed the wheel bearing free of charge and fixed the lights that were showing up suddenly on my dash. Not many businesses especially mechanics go above and beyond to make a situation right but I do appreciate Midas for doing so and as quickly as they did. We all at some point will pay for services or products that we aren't happy with but not every business cares to make it right or value customer retention. If you go to midas in Warwick you can take comfort knowing if you get your vehicle worked on that they will make sure you drive away satisfied and if not they will remedy the situation so you get the services you paid for. The services were on the higher end compared to a mom and pop service center... but the work was done quick, in and out the same day.
Update: I was originally told my i needed about 3.7k of work done or u wouldnt pass inspection, and they showed me an inspection report that broke down in detail what was safe and what needed to be replaced to pass. I declined getting quite a bit done bc I didnt have that much money. Turns out I went somewhere else and my vehicle DID pass inspection without needing all that additional work done. Glad I didnt waste my money”
